The owner was very prompt in getting back to me and explaining the situation re: original review.Original review: Instagram said hours were 12-9pm today, but the store was locked when we showed up before 8:30pm. Love Four All ice cream, but very disappointed in the poor service standard.

The ice cream is bland - it lacks an authentic heavy cream taste that I would expect from a local ice cream shop that makes their own flavours. There also isn’t much value for the price as you’re paying nearly $6 for a small scoop.

Ice cream for breakfast! What a fantastic idea. I love this place, and the ice cream is delicious too.
This place has some amazing ice cream flavours. I am a coffee lover so I tried once of those scoops. The staff were very friendly and this place has excellent service.I am sad that this place closes early every day :( I hope they extend the hours of operation.

There is always a line outside of this place and for a good reason. Their ice cream is not only good, but it's priced, made and scooped well. The scoops aren't hollow and the flavour selection is unique.

Solid ice cream with some hit or miss seasonal flavours. I shared a $5 new split single, which lets you have two flavours for the price of a single, and I think it was pretty much the size of a double. The goose tracks flavour is clever and tastes prettt good, but the lemon gingerbread witch flavour tasted a bit artificial and had what were essentially sprinkles in it. Also, expect a long line that extends outside the small shop during the summer.
Loved that all flavors were gluten free, dairy free, or both. I got the cookie dough, which honestly tasted more like a coconut chocolate chip and was disappointing.

I love trying out new eateries. Got a kiddie scoop of chocolate brownie chunk and a single cup with two small scoops, one was whiskey pecan and espresso flavours. Paid 9$ including tax. I highly highly highly recommend the whiskey pecan. I absolutely loved it. Going back there for sure to try more flavors.

A Waterloo classic, and I’m always happy to support a small local business. Glad to see they have a patio for the warm weather - it was pleasant seeing others enjoying their ice cream. While I’ve tried their various other flavours of ice cream before and loved it all, I recently particularly enjoyed my soft serve twist (vanilla and pink lemonade). Great blend of sweet and tangy. Also, don’t miss their Taco Tuesday ($7.50 as of August 2023)!Taking 1 star off because I think it would be beneficial to hire more seasonal staff in the summer. While the queue organization has gotten better and helps me when I’m trying to decide what flavour to get, the staff often look a bit tired ?
