I walked out of the restaurant yesterday after placing my order. I went in fully accepting that I was too lazy to bring my own dinner to work, and in exchange was going to overpay for something from a restaurant. And that's totally fine, I eat in restaurants a lot for that very reason.But when I got to the end of ordering my bowl that was about to cost me $16, I casually asked, "Oh, and could you throw on a bit of hot sauce?"The man leaned over the counter, cancelled the transaction, and said that he had to start the order over again.I was stunned.I asked him, incredulously, whether he was CHARGING me for a few drops of hot sauce, and he said yes.As if surprised by my question, he explained that 'We have to buy it, so we have to charge for it.'If you are not astounded by this, you're wasting your time reading my review.This is a new low. I KNOW that times are tough and that costs are high, but this extent of greed is so insulting that I cancelled my order, expressed how lame I thought this policy was, and left.What are they going to charge for next? Utensils? Napkins? Toilet paper?So in exchange for the incalculably low cost of a bit of hot sauce, Freshii has lost an occasional customer (I've frequently eaten at the one in Toronto on Bloor St. W. and NEVER paid for hot sauce.)

Freshii serves up healthy options of bowls, burritos, salads, wraps, soups, smoothies and juices.The food tastes good and you get a good variety of ingredients in each dish, it is very convenient compared to trying to replicate the same thing at home. I feel it is on the pricier side so the value is debatable.Service was quick and friendly.

I went in on August 2nd at 7:30 pm - hours posted that it closes at 8 pmAll the chairs were already on the tables. I ordered the Buddha bowl and the noodles are hard and not cooked properly - asked for edamame, which I’m sure I paid extra for and none was added.This isn’t the first time this has happened .. I don’t know why I tried again :(But the employees shouldn’t be closing the restaurant before closing time.Will not go back !

Food gave me depression. Ordered a chipotle bowl was dry as hell. No sauces or anything was offered. Whole bowl was undercooked. Staff looked like they wanted to go home.Smoothie was sub par. Was able to tolerate. Do not recommend eating here. Will make you sadder than you already are.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I got a Cobb salad and I hardly had any lettuce. I asked for spinach they where out. The salad comes with avecados I had one piece of avecado. I asked for no corn I got corn. The salad was mediocre for the price I paid which was well over $23.00 . I was better off going to Farm boy and buying a Cobb salad and half the price.

After doing a take out, unfortunately the Buddha bowl noodle (ordered at 745 pm) wasn't't even cooked properly. The noodles were hard and uncooked. The remaining two of the orders were good but it was a sheer waste of money and food. I tried to call but the store was closed at 8pm.

Tried to place online order. Said store closed. Went inside to find they are open. Unable to collect or redeem points in store. This should change to allow for in person to benefit from points program.
I bought an Oaxaca bowl today. I was disappointed because the beet slaw and salsa Fresca were not fresh.

Would have given a zero star, if that was an option. There was no dressing in the bowl, and missed almost a third of ingredients on the menu.

Freshii definitely living up to its name, these ingredients must have just come in, they were so fresh! This burrito was jammed with tons of beautiful flavors, I saw them making it and wasn't sure it was going to wrap.I have had plenty of meals at this location and these guys never disappoint, definitely come check these guys out if your looking for a healthy meal. Very delicious selection for Vegan food!

This place is so cheap with sauce! The food is already plain as is and it needs sauce to even taste edible and they add a couple of drops of sauce as if we aren't paying $13+ for a bowl. The ingredients really aren't that expensive so I don't see why they need to skimp on the sauce. I've given this location many chances and there is always something wrong with the order. Won't be ordering from here again.
