Another cool bubble tea spot in KWCTried Strawberry Milk with tapioca pearls (warm) and Oreo Coffee Milk TeaI am not completely blown away by the taste as Oreo drink could be better, couldnt taste coffee at all and oreo was mushyStrawberry drink was with 70% sugar and it tasted fineStaff was friendly and had good seatingWill be back to try out other flavors

We come here very frequently. The staff are never pleasant (even when they make a mistake) and the drinks are ALWAYS too sweet. Regardless of if you order 30% or 50%, they always put 70-100%.I would highly recommend going to Sweet Dreams or The Alley in the plaza instead where the service is much better.

y’all the matcha and coconut soft serve is PHENOMENAL. 100/10Edit: apparently their soft serve doesn’t exist anymore ???? not sure if I will ever recover from this tragedy. Still 5 star worthy tho

Guys don’t go to this place at all. I saw some reviews that other people also got food poisoning; which is true because even me and my friend got food poisoning after yesterday’s drink. The drinks are too watery and all ice. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Honestly, I wish I used Uber Eats so that I could get all my money back but I picked my drinks in person so I cannot but you all, save your money!

I like the options they have for tea and toppings. You'll get variety of tea and other cold beverages.Atmosphere is kinda good. Service is good too, but I felt a lil rude behavior from one of the cashiers there. Overall it's a cute place to hangout and talk over tea.

Got a large taro milk tea with bubbles and it was $10 which is crazy and didn't even taste that good. 10 freaking dollars. Bubbles tasted weird and weren't chewy at all. Same drink at O.Hime tasted better in every way possible and was cheaper.
Staff were super nice and even changed my drink last minute cause I was indecisive. But I now have my new favourite drink the matcha mango tea with mango kanteen

Not the best bbt shop in loo. There are better ones in the area. It’s a staple, but i wouldn’t say it’s the best. Their drinks are good, BUT the bubble waffle is not worth it. They probably just use a pancake mix, so it doesn’t really taste like egg waffle (if you’re looking for egg waffle). I also got their soft serve ice cream a few months ago and it’s good if you add toppings to it

Their drink quality is still good but the cup cap. I know its inflation and cog is high. So just hold ur cup carefully. I ordered Pearl Bubble Waffle and by some magic, its Original Bubble Waffle on the bill, its my bad, I should’ve double checked my order.

I had asked if the drink was sweet, they said no it is so sweet almost all ice and not tasty. Will not be returning to Gongcha. The two girls were not very friendly or welcoming.
