Lots of options for their lunch menu and pretty quick turn around on providing the meats and side dishes. Service was pretty poor, we had placed 4 orders of their black deluxe sushi which not a single one came, though we saw them bring to other tables. Near the end, the meat cuts were half the size and had too much fat for my liking.

I've been here three times and the service is always amazing, as well as the food. Our server, May, was really attentive and sweet. Remembered what we liked best when she came by to take our orders, and explained everything we needed to know while warning us about allergens. We'll definitely be back again!

Visited again yesterday. All the food was consistently fresh and delicious. Prime Galbi is the best meat ever. The managers and staff—May, Emily, Ashley, Richard, Jeff, and Allen—were attentive and friendly, especially to my kid. I definitely recommend this as the best BBQ place in Waterloo!

Went with friends, food is delicious! Although the menu is kinda of limited. Definitely need to take it easy as a couple of us didn’t feel great after (very fatty) but definitely a cool experience! I would say don’t come with more than 3 people for a table as it’s difficult to get more than a couple bites of food per person with the small grill.
