Unfortunately after several visits here with slow service and then tonight’s visit sadly I’d suggest trying somewhere else. Used the drive thru and was told it would take a few minutes and asked to pull into one of the reserved spots. After waiting for nearly 15 mins I went inside which was irritating as the whole point of drive thru is so you can stay in car for many reasons. After a minute or so someone came out with the order before I was able to speak with someone . I expressed my disappointment with the wait time which was given a simple “sorry”. Got home to find the one meal was incorrect and a minor error of the wrong dipping sauce. I called the restaurant to discuss and was told I could come back right now for a new burger… I expressed that it had already taken a good amount of time and I was back home already so that wasn’t an option. I asked if they could take my name for when/ if I decided to come back… she said no but you can come tomorrow… I appreciate the attempt however after the lengthy wait for the food I wasn’t feeling like much negotiating was needed. I think perhaps some training in customer service and organization might help this location improve.

I don't eat a lot of takeout but I do enjoy Harvey's. The Northfield location is just around the corner from where I work. Chicken sandwich was fine but was very disappointed with the salad. The container was almost empty and no house dressing was available. The service was slow for the amount of staff working.

First time at this Harvey's. Ordered through the mobile app. Going inside to pick it up, and the restaurant was really clean. Employees were friendly and greeted me as I came. App wait time was pretty accurate, and food was extremely fresh and hot which was nice to see. Tried the Pickle Pickle poutine, had great flavour, lots of toppings and a good value. Will be back again!

I haven't eaten at Harvey's for 12 years. We ducked in on this occasion because Brown's was closed for lunch. I paid 16 bucks for a burger combo! It was ok, but nothing to write home about. The toppings are the star here and drowned out all of the burger flavor. The fries are now the same as every other fast food fry. Crunchy outside, powdery inside.Parking: Parking here is a zoo most of the time. Park across Bridge Street and walk over.

Our first time at this new location. We had planned to go in but there was no parking available as located in a plaza with many restaurants. Staff seemed friendly and there was little wait. Ordered side salad with Italian dressing. Received several packets of vinegar instead and no fork. Not sure if they didn't understand us. Salad had many large leaves so would suggest they cut it up more. Other side was onion rings and they were fried too much. Limited toppings on our burgers. Sorry to say but one of our worst experiences at a Harvey's so doubt we will go to this location again.
