Everything from the food to the service is sublime. I recommend the salmon sushi, shrimp tempura roll, yam roll, and big hand roll.

Order takeout from here on a regular basis. Portions are a very big size, always fresh and delicious. Food is always ready on time.Soy sauce comes in packets, which is my only complaint!

Nice atmosphere, good menu and fast service (although they slowed down after our second order, but that is expected at all-you-can-eat). Sashimi just melts in your mouth. ? Recommend!

Bit more harsh with this rating because the Kinkaku franchise used to be my all time favourite AYCE spots until now. It seems like the food took a huge dip in quality and taste.I'm not sure if it's because we came for lunch but the sushi had very small/thin pieces of fish on top of large amounts of rice. The rice wasn't well cooked either and reminded me of grocery store sushi.I remembered the hot dishes/chef specialties used to be amazing but this time around everything tasted more bland and just overall similar to cheap AYCE but with a high price tag.

Cashier was so rude! Insisting to get tip and making a bad experience for us.

Unfortunately this was the third time that this places cashiers kept asking us about more tip, i did not wanted to put a review on this matter till today that the cashier was literally forcing us to tip them. This is very uncomfortable and a manager or owner really needs to fix this issue. Giving tips is something personal and should not be by force!!

Really good sushi, amazing quality, has a good variety of food from apps to rolls. The only downside is the gratuity fee which I am not a big fan of. Other than that, it's a really good place!

I’ve only ordered from here via Skip the Dishes but the food is super high quality and tasty. They are especially generous with the size of the sashimi.Dietary restrictions: As someone who is celiac, this is my new go-to take out place. They called me to inform me that one of the items that I ordered actually was not gluten free and suggested a substitution. Additionally they even made sure to send a little labeled container of gluten free soy sauce, instead of the regular soy sauce packets. Their care and attention to detail give me peace of mind when ordering from here, which is not something that happens often when you order take out with a food allergy!

Food was having way too much sauce and being salty; the tempura was breaded too thick and being oily. Some of the dishes are having a smaller portion than before, and they are giving less amount of food than what we wrote on the sheet.Service was terrible that the first round of food arrived at around 30 minutes after we ordered which the seating limit is only 1 hour and 30 minutes. We had to wait for a long time. The snapper sashimi is so freaking thin, like a piece of paper. The menu is also sneaky, we had the dinner on a Friday night and the mystery pudding on the menu was weekend only so on our last call we didn’t order it because none of us would think a Friday would fall under weekend as stated on the menu. It’s only when we were about to pay the bill and we looked at the price, then we realized Friday is also charged for additional money like weekend. We asked the server if we could get some mystery pudding because we didn’t know today had that beforehand and nobody mentioned to us when we were seated, but the server argued with us for a long while that we already had our last call and she couldn’t do it. We stated that it’s the menu not being clear and saying weekend only and nobody told us, so it’s actually not our fault. She then said that she needs to ask her manager and we finally get our 3 puddings after the approval of her manager.TLDR: food is okay but too much sauce, service terrible. Would not come back. It’s not as good as before.

Food was ok, service was terrible. The price for a Friday dinner is $43.99 per person, fair, since it’s all-you-can-eat, but they promised to give us at least 90 minutes of ordering time but they urged to get us out of here in less than 45 minutes. That’s not the worst part. The worst part is on the menu, it says the mojito is $7 but they ended up charging $10 without notice, just because they “forgot to update the price on the menu”. Then, they forced a 18% tip. Come on, the service was already terrible are you’re forcing us to tip 18%??? We ended up paying $75 each for some average food with terrible service. Not recommending here.
