Went for lunch today with a friend, I was there for 9 minutes at the counter and nobody acknowledged we were there or even spoke to myself or any other person waiting to be served. All someone has to say was we will be with you soon and we would have been happy. We had to go to Popeyes instead for our dinner, not as good but the staff were polite.

Drove up to the speaker In drive thru. Just waited and waited. Finally got a ya. Seriously a ya. Not a good evening, welcome to kfc/ Taco Bell drive thru, how may I help you? I got a ya… I placed my order to which I received a sigh followed by a testy give me a minute. After a few seconds I left the line up of cars and took my business elsewhere. Worst customer service of my life. If the “employee “ working the drive thru hates his job this much find another job to be miserable at. Customer service isn’t for you.

Whoever was working February 13th at 11:30 pm last night on the window made my order perfect! There is not a single thing I would change and she is doing 5 things at once while they are 30mins to close. She had a line up but yet still had time to serve a customer with a smile on her face and a perfectly made order!!

The Most Disappointing Dining Experience at KFCThe food seemed noticeably aged, with the chicken exhibiting an exceptionally dry texture. The oil used for cooking appeared to be past its prime, giving the entire meal an off-putting flavor. Moreover, the dark meat had an unpleasant odour, adding to the overall dissatisfaction.It is my sincere hope that the store takes measures to improve its food quality and freshness. Adequate forecasting and vigilance in maintaining the freshness of ingredients would go a long way in ensuring a more enjoyable dining experience for customers.

Ordered a combo and the chicken pieces were too small, I felt scammed. The customer service is great tho, they were very kind.
I wanted the 8 piece combo bucket for $39.99 that was on their menu board ( which did NOT say "for a limited time only" ) That is what I ordered and it came to $50+??? So I asked why it was so much when the price was $39.99 + tax. I pointed to the menu board. She said they dont have that anymore, so she charged me for a different 8 piece meal? In fact, their "Christmas promotion " was similar, but $29.99, which I completely understood would no longer be available. This is not the first time I've been charged a higher amount than what was advertised. I'm thinking this is a sneaky little scam they've got going on here. I will not be back and buyer beware

I ate Taco Bell. Love every bite. A little pricey. Mom have 2 pc dinner. She ordered and said coleslaw fries and a drink. NO COLESLAW. The all should know the older generation want the order to be like it use to be . What's with the MYSTERY CUTS OF MEAT. Par from the chicken legs, your guess to what part of the chicken you're eating. They have taken the normal 8 pc and chopped every piece in half to make more and charge more. I am positive the Corneal is churning around in his gravesite. Such a shame!Parking: It's kind of tight.
