Beware they charge you 2% to use a card to purchase - when asked about this, the cashier said they aren’t just taking more of your money, it’s the special system they use that charges customers 2%. Management might want to explain to the cashiers why they are charging extra because this explanation seems odd.During this explanation I noticed a tiny sticker on their cash register that lets you know you will be charged an extra 2% but they don’t explicitly tell you unless you notice you’re being charged more than 13% HST or notice the tiny sign. I’ve purchased quite a few times from here before because of convenience and somewhat decent prices; but will now avoid.

As a cancer survivor and current patient at Grand River Regional Cancer Centre, I think this food is good for my health and convenient. I wish I could have this food everyday. YES YES & YES!Being around Uptown this is a must do if you're looking for healthy, good serving and already prepped meals for lunch or breakfast.Coworker for MONTHS has bought lunches when they have frozen meals on for like 6 for 30$ or something in that nature. Possibly for 3-5 months consecutively, only stopped recently as it was just too much and felt like it was the same meal (as eating the same meals for months would do that to anyone) and ultimately decided to take a month off and do again as she saved time and money ordering from Macros.MUST check out, also smoothies, protein shakes & bars as well.OH ALSO need to mention staff - ALWAYS friendly, always ready to help and talk about nutrition.Happy here

WOW! My initial reaction to my first try at Macro Foods.The selection is endless - literally any meal you might be interested in is basically available. The portions were perfect - I felt full and satisfied. I preferred to have my Macro Foods meals at dinner and it got me through all the way until my next meal of my intermittent fasting (noon - 8pm).The staff were friendly and super helpful with choosing what meal plan was right for me. If your looking for nutritious, conscience and genuinely tasty meals - Macro Foods is your place to go!I recommend to friends & family and will definitely be ordering more!
