Firstly, I have to say that the single time I was able to eat here, their food was phenomenal! Their Khao Soi was like a carbon copy of the one I had in Chang Mai. HOWEVER, we have failed to be able to eat here on the last 5 seperate occasions. Once they simply ran out of what we wanted (which is understandable). The next 4 times they simply have not been open during their listen hours. Try at 5pm, closed. Try another day at dinner, closed. Try at noon, closed (at least this time there was note on the door saying "Sorry, we are closed Feb 28th". Try again at lunch, closed. This has also been compounded by the fact that the first time we successfully ate there, they refused to answer their phone all day for us to try to confirm they were open. So all subsequent times when they didn't answer their phones, we didn't know if it was because they were closed or the simply didn't want to answer their phones like last time. We give up. Although the food is delicious, 5 fails is just too much to be worth it anymore.Parking: Minimal to none

Food is amazing but service is comical.Went in the other night, no one was at the till. We heard people talking in the kitchen. 5 minutes pass and no one has come out to greet us. So we looked into the kitchen where the employees were talking to each other and made eye contact with someone.Still no one came out from the back. Then out of nowhere a young girl popped up from behind the counter where she had been squatting for the past 5 minutes essentially hiding from us.We try ordering and she said the debit machine is weird and doesn't work well. So I offered to pay cash and she said "thanks that would be so much easier."We give her the money and she walks away without saying a word or giving us change. So we said "we want our change" and she said "oh yeah" and walked away.I talked to my boyfriend about how weird that interaction was and how I hoped she would come back with our change. At this time another girl I'm guessing an employe popped up from behind the counter and just left the store. When the first employee returns to the counter she starts giving us nickles and dimes for change. I said "no I don't want that". I asked "Can I just pay with visa" to which she says "oh yeah that will be much easier."Not going to lie it was like an SNL skit.

Got take out from here for the first time and the food is amazing! We got the yellow curry (spicy) and cashew stir fry. Portion size large. Spring rolls really juicyHad to wait ~15 mins for our order even though we ordered online because place was super busy and only 2 people working. However, the service was pleasant and the food was worth the wait!!

We have been here several times now and really like the place. We love Thai food and have been to Thailand and many restaurants. I find here they do some dishes amazing and some not as good. The som Tom (papaya salad) is amazing as long as you can handle spice. Mango salad is also very good. There green curry is one of the best I have had! The pad kra pow and pad Thai I find average however. But I will be back to try more!

One of the better thai places in the area . Food was freshly made and delicious..the kahosay and stir fry eggplant esp were good.Great service as well.Vibe is ok , it was warm that day so maybe leaving the door open would have helped.Go early on a weekend, it goes get busy after 7pm !

Best Thai food - potentially better than restaurants in Toronto!!The khao soi was superb! Flavorful, rich and a very generous portion. Would highly recommend as it may be even better than the khao soi from Pai!Staff were sweet, food came out quickly and students get a 10% discount.

Great thai, awesome service, reasonable pricing. Can't ask for much more. Only weird thing was their open hours, they always seem to close at different times. Doesn't hurt to call in and ask if you are driving in to come here. Parking on spruce is usually available, but you may need to go up the street.

Our online order was confirmed via text and email but when we arrived to pick up our food they had no record of our order. When we finally got our food after waiting another 20 minutes it was lacking in flavour and had minimal protein. We ordered the pad thai with shrimp and drunken noodles with chicken. The pad thai was the worst my husband has ever had, it had a funky fish sauce taste that wasn't at all pad thai flavour. The drunken noodles looked like lasagna noodles with no sauce on them. Aside from the food, the washroom in the restaurant had a leak in the open ceiling that dripped on you while using the toilet. Not impressed overall. Bangkok cuisine in Kitchener is miles better.

Tried the spring rolls, green curry, and house fried rice, they were great. I couldn’t believe the price was so low and the staff was very polite. I definitely recommend this place.

Food is fine, but their online ordering service is terrible. You have to click a box labeled allergies to specify any kind of substitution, be it for an allergy or just to have tofu substituted for chicken inna dish if you are vegetarian. Both times I've ordered online, I've checked the allergy box and explained substitutions I needed. Both times, I recieved my order and the modifications I'd asked for had been completly ignored. First time it happened, I called in to complain, and they offered a refund. I never got said refund. I decided to give then another chance, but it has happened a second time so now I'm done ordering from Mimo.

Placed an order on Monday afternoon for pickup. Pickup time was 30 minutes after I ordered around 12:40pm. Had to pre pay for my order online so I was charged before pickup. When I went to pickup my food the restaurant was closed (lights off, door locked, called a couple times and I even waited)In the end I payed for food I was unable to pickup.
