The quality of the pizza was great. The girl making the pizza was very sweet and kind but was the only one making pizzas for several orders which slowed down the service a lot.I would still have given it 4 stars if not for one incident. I had asked for a glass of tap water(never been rejected for this any place I've ever been to). The manager said "it's not allowed, but you can buy the bottled water for sure". That was laughable.

Tried the place because they supposedly use good quality ingredients and honestly had one of the best tasting chicken bites with the perfect seasoning & non-greasy texture which speaks volumes for itself. The multigrain thin crust pizza on the hand was phenomenal with its aroma, however, I did feel that it could have done with some better seasoning and flavour. Overall great VFM but the ingredients of their Italian garlic dip was a complete disappointment, it’s not even the real stuff just a bunch of garbage material you would never ? want to give your body. Quality with honesty has become a rare commodity which is why I’m withholding 2 stars.

My last two orders have been sub standard. Two weeks ago (delivery) crust was soggy so last week paid the extra for Uber direct delivery. Pizza came hot but they skimped on toppings. Each slice had just one pepperoni and the other toppings (sausage, ham, mushrooms) sporadically covered. (Each piece didn’t even have full coverage). I don’t mind paying more for a fully loaded pizza but what I got was embarrassing. Ordered the exact same pizza from Gourmet this week and it was amazing . Panago was always my go to but now I’m swaying

$128.00 tax and delivery included for 3 pizzas and 4 dipping sauces. I am gluten free and it's one of the worst ones I have ever had. Definitely not worth over $30 for each pizza.

Kids got coupons for this place from their school for a free personal pizza with no expiry date, and they won't honour them. It isn't just the parents that have been put off, but some very disappointed kids who'll never want pizza from there again. Great job, Panago!

The photos attached are supposed to be a medium plant-based tropical Hawaiian, a large plant-based tropical Hawaiian and plant-based garlic bread.We waited over an hour for it to be delivered. (They send a text when it’s on its way)Waterloo Panago Pizza clearly shows that they do not care about vegan clients. They sent us a medium cheese pizza and a large (kinda looks like a supreme pizza). The order received was not even close to what we ordered.After calling to talk to them about the mistake they offered a $21 discount on our next order…. This order was $61, with no food in hand.If you’re vegan or vegetarian I suggest staying away from this location as they don’t go above and beyond to make sure orders are made properly. Even if you aren’t vegan they clearly can’t get orders correct
