Pretty average pizza but Hot and fresh and service is great. Big bonus is that the place is open early so if you take early lunch this place is great and ready. Service is also top notch, friendly, fast and you leave feeling like a valued customer. There are lot of choices out there and friendly customer service is a good thing.

Dough was undercooked and thick. Sauce didn’t cover the pizza, very thinly spread. Cheese was thin and two inches from the crust. Arrived cold.Comparable to bad 5 pin bowling alley pizza.Sad, new owners have no idea what they’re doing… this place used to be great.

We went to this location for the first time a couple months ago. The pizza was great and the service was quick.Went again on June 02/22 and it has new ownership. Although there was 6 or 7 employees, they were completely disorganized.I placed a phone order, went 20 minutes later. I could see they were busy and they said my order was being made now. 20 mins later they are confused and give me 2 pizza boxes and ask me to confirm if it is right... They had no idea what was in the box or who's order it was... So I opened some other clients pizza box... niceafter 40 mins, they had no idea what I had ordered and could not tell me how long it would take.Needless to say, I recommend staying away until they can sort it out.

new owners took over early june. the pizza is not the same at all. the pizza is soggy, more sauce than chese and the topping are scarce. so sad to see such a good pizza place go just like that.

First time there, I ordered panzerotti and cheese bread. The crust on the panzerotti was tough, insides were luke warm. The cheese bread was on a sub bun and congealed. Waste of my money, would never recommend this placeI would appreciate not being called untruthfulYes you did send out my cheese bread on a sub and it was the Lexington st. Store

Pizza is terrible. Will not go back. New owners should have kept old style. Yuck. Chicken was so dry. Sauce is minimal. Dough is hard to chew. Just no!

We thought that this place would be on par with the place in Hamilton with the same name. NOT the same ownership. We ordered 2 x X-Large pizzas and found it odd that they would come in a 14" square box. These are not extra large in any sense and we thought that perhaps there was a mistake in the order. We called the WATERLOO location twice but did not get an answer. Perhaps this was a good thing considering some of the reviews here.The pizza itself was okay though perhaps a bit over done, and a bit on the bland side, odd, considering that on one of the pizzas, we ordered extra oregano. We also had a choice of thin, regular and thick crust. We chose the latter and shudder wondering how thin the thin might be. Definitely not thick nor chewy.The pizza alone would bump this review to 3 star. We bumped it down because we did not get the pizzas we were expecting.We are also a bit concerned about the NON-COVID protocols that we read in the reviews after the fact. Had we read this first, we would have went elsewhere.We were hoping to find a "go to" pizza place in our area but will continue to go the extra mile to Mario's Pizza for our pizza needs, where you get a better flavour and much, much more bang for your buck.

Quality of the food has plummeted. If there's new owners they need to follow the old business plan. Time to find a new pizza restaurant. The neighborhood will let you know how poor the food is when they stop ordering.
New Owners and the quality has gone completely! Time to find a new pizza joint with good pizza and wings. Crust is awful ingredients not as good and plentiful and barely any sauce for the wings! Bye Pizza Roma..too bad new owners didn’t keep the quality !!!

My wife really wanted to try their pizza and sent me here tonight. Fast super friendly service. Super fresh pizza. Not your average chain pizza joint pizza that tastes like cardboard. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered three pizzas for pickup. One with jalapenos, pineapple and bacon. Got it home and found they put BBQ sauce on it, which I didn't order. Called back and was told I ordered the 'tropic thunder' (I didn't), next time to ask for no BBQ sauce (why would I specify ingredients I don't want when making my own custom selections?), And finally that 'id like it'. (We didn't). Will not return.
