I bought two pieces chicken combo, which contains a leg which was less than half size as usual one. Looks like there are only crisp and bone left. I asked the staff and her answer was it is normal. And she said she cannot change it since I had touched the chicken. How can I find out without touching it since it is covered by the fries :)

Dated 18 Apr.I am an usual customer here; I often buy the chicken legs for my kids. I ordered through the drive-through. The customer service is the WORST here at this store; they don't even know how to take orders properly. I ordered 3 pieces of drumsticks and asked for 2 sauces, repeated 3 times. And still, she gave me only 1 sauce, and this is the ONLY place where they charge extra for the sauces on the side in Kitchener Waterloo.And the chicken, they made me wait for almost 20 minutes and gave me this chicken as if I paid $3, $2, and $1 for each piece, and when I called her to ask why she gave me the chicken pieces like this, she said that she gave me the BEST pieces. If I paid the full price and extra for the sauces, please make sure it is worth it. I have been there many times and never had a good experience. The customer service is not here. God knows what's happening to customer service here in KW?It's like paying the money, getting your food, and getting out.Parking: Free parkingWheelchair accessibility: No issues with the wheelchair accessibility

Ok place if you want take out. Bad place for dine in unless u have a winter coat with u and even then its iffy as the heat is hardly on amd u freeze just to try and eat a hot meal that gets cold fast due to the temp of the dining room... you will totally need mitts and touque and this is april that its this cold

I went through the drive through at popeyes on University Ave in Waterloo on Mar 27/24 for the very first time at about 7:30 pm. There was no one else in the drive through at that time and I very clearly ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with an iced tea. The attendant asked me several times what the spice of the sandwich was and if I wanted any add ons, to which I replied that I wanted the "spicy" chicken sandwich "combo" with no extra add ons and an iced tea for the drink. I drove to the window, paid and was handed the order and asked my son to check the order as soon as we left the window and he discovered we had an ice tea and a sandwich. I drove back through the drive through with one car ahead of me already sitting at the pick up window and when I got back to the order station I told the attendant that I had just been through the drive through and had ordered a spicy chicken sandwich "combo" with an ice tea and I only received the sandwich and the ice tea. I asked where the fries were since I've always understood that "combo" meant sandwich, fries and a drink. She then tried to tell me that I only ordered a sandwich and a drink and I then asked her what she felt the word "combo" meant in a drive through order or in store order? Then she said that she would "give" me the fries, making me feel like it was my mistake and that I placed my order incorrectly! So in conclusion, after keeping my cool after multiple questions from the attendant during my initial order attempt to which I thought was a pretty straight forward order, which I ordered correctly at a non busy time, to have to go back through the drive through to get what I originally ordered corrected and to be made to feel like she was now doing me some favor like I had caused her an inconvenience has made me decide that *that* was my first and LAST trip to popeyes. In all fairness, I have to add that the attendant who gave me the receipt when I got to the pick up window the 2nd time (who shows as Manager on the receipt ?) to verify she took the order as 1 spicy chicken sandwich and 1 MD coke...then did give me the fries which belonged to the "combo" I originally ordered.
If I can have zero stars, I would read it at zero bathroom was disgustingly dirty. The guy was handling my food was handling the money as well with the same gloves, then he went to clean the bathroom, didnt change gloves I didn’t eat my food because of

I've been to this store for years and it seems that the chicken is getting smaller and smaller.Even back then, this place was either really good or not so good. Can be pretty inconsistent. Usually it's the best when you come when it's not busy. Obvious, but if you're lucky and they make a fresh batch, it's amazing.

Worst popeyes ? spot,I ordered chicken sandwich and apple pie , sandwich doesn't have chicken infact way too much crumbes and pie is soggy as hell like dripping , IDK i like popeyes but this one had untrained
