The gluten free burger was actually really good. The bun didn’t fall apart like most gluten free buns. Felt like the burger was made with love. Will definitely be coming back.
oh my gosh...so disappointed in this place! First off, the service is horrible...tried to charge me for a combo when I had already said I didn't want it...Then tried to push me to get a drink..(again, I had already said I didn't want it)....Food was a TOTAL disappontment ( a burger and donai) over $30.....How rediculous!!The burger was about the size of a kid's burger from mcdonalds and the donair was definitely NOT like a Halifax donair!!! ...it was so spicy and truly upset my stomach....We will never go there again....Save your money and go somewhere where the service is good and the food is great...

we dined here recently. this is a must try place. juti the owner told me that everything is made fresh on site and you defo can tell. the cheese burgers rank very highly compared to other local faves. we also had the spicy and butter chicken poutine. wow!! the butter chicken is hands down the best in the city.
$18 for a burger + poutine has my rating 3/5. The mark up is crazy. Food was good but not extraordinary. Burger patties were on the small side. One slice of bacon for an extra $1.

Always a reliable pick for take out. Food is ready quickly, and quality is consistent. Plus the staff are always friendly and helpful! The people make this a notch above most other fast casual restaurants for sure.We enjoy the montreal smoked meat, the poutines, and milkshakes, and my kids love the chicken fingers and fried pickles. The plain fries could use a bit more seasoning, and I wish they stayed crispy even a few minutes in a poutine, but it all tastes good. The one dish we did not enjoy was the pulled pork poutine—it was too sweet for our tastes.

The Chicken schwarmer donor is to die four, just the taste alone of the chicken shwarma with the tziki sauce and all the other delicious toppings on. It is amazing like I would eat 10 of these. If I had a stomach that could hold it. They're chicken fingers, they're really good.I would have to say that. The fries could use some salt depending on whether or not you're a salt lover like myself, but it could definitely use some salt The new female says out of this world so good. I can't believe that it actually has Turkey stuffing in it, so good I don't really like the beef donair at all and my personal opinion. But I would say that they should switch the beef. Don't air with the chicken shnorma don't care. That would be a killer saying killer Sandwich to always have.

Well today, my wife and I decide to give Sam Grill a try for the very first time. As we saw the place as we were driving thru Waterloo as we were originally heading to Burger King, but I can tell you , I am so happy we stop at Sam Grill in Waterloo.Customer service was amazing and the restaurant was in amazing shape and very clean and very nice.We were greeted by a nice gentleman as we entered the restaurant and he served us the whole way thru and brought our food to our table.My wife ordered a Hot Dog with Bacon, cheese and mustard and relish and fries and pop. I ordered a burger with bacon and mustard and onion and with fries and pop, we also ordered an order of battered mushrooms.
