This store is set up so backwards. The line up when you step in is not where you order. After waiting 5 minutes, I was told to order at the other end of the store. Another 5 minute wait even though I was at the front of the line. Then they were out of dark roast...

I placed an order today April 19 around 5:30pm for mobile pick up, it was 10 drinks plus pastries and bakery and I asked my friend to pick it up for me. But when he was already picking up the order he asked for paper bag because he can’t carry all the 8 drinks by himself. With the help of paper bag it would be easier for him to carry but then this BARISTA Girl (Forgot to get her name) told him that she can’t give him bag since it’s only for delivery use! LIKE WHAT THE F!!! I ended up going after him to help with all the orders!! This experience is really annoying!!!

I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up my cake pop was on top of my hot sandwich and it melted into the bag. Very disappointed!!!!!! Especially the cost of everything..hard to enjoy something when it’s melted and it’s not suppose to be!!

This used to be my favourite store in the KW area, and it was also the closest coffee shop to my home. Now, after the 2022 renovations, they've completely changed the store, removing almost all of the seating, shortening the evening hours and making it a far less welcoming place than it used to be.The official excuse is that the store had too many people sitting there and not ordering anything, but...it's a coffee shop! That is the very purpose of a coffee shop! It wasn't costing the store anything to have people sitting there, when there was a steady flow of customers in and out all day. And a company as rich as Starbucks can certainly afford the minor cost to stay open longer.So yeah, they killed off the appeal of this place for me and I go there far less often than I used to.

Amazing customer service! Offered suggestions of drinks. Very much appreciated their knowledge of the drinks and the questions they asked.to.ensure they suggested something we would enjoy. My 11 year old was thrilled with her first ever Starbucks experience!

They give out 'pup cups' of whipped cream to dogs! Amazing.Just unclear where to line up somtimes, but I am not a Starbucks regular.Very friendly staff.

I’ve never had fast service. I’ve waited for a mobile order for 5, 10, 15 even 25min. That’s ridiculous. Hire more staff or faster staff at least. It takes my entire lunch break just waiting for a drink. I’m so frustrated and always waste so much time.

I went to Starbucks on Jan 13 2024 and idk who the baristas were but they were fantastic. So friendly, and drinks and food on point. Usually this Starbucks gets pretty crowded after 9 am but since the weather wasn’t great today it wasn’t crowded either! Love this place. Also highly recommend the pistachio cream cold brew. ??

Staff are great and run a tight ship even when it’s packed. I do wish they would no longer allow the beggar who has been constantly out front every day for months to keep coming back. He harasses every single person who goes in there and today he harassed me and my young children for money. When my 7 year old immediately said she didn’t have money he said “didn’t you get money from Santa for Christmas?” I told him where to go and pulled my kids away, we didn’t feel safe so we didn’t go in. He has asked me before but he is getting worse. We don’t feel safe returning to this location unless you can commit to no longer allowing this person to park himself in front of the store.

It’s a Starbucks ?‍♂️ so you know what you’re getting. The service is really good though, people here are awesome. The seating is not only limited but seats are around 6” deep and the tables can barely fit a laptop. I think they want you to get your stuff and leave :)
