I love this Starbucks,I stop here before my shift at work all the time and everyone here is super kind and fun. Genuinely polite and friendly staff, always a good experience and leave with an amazing drink! feel like places often get more bad reviews then good, so happy easter and I hope you all have an amazing day. :)

The man Alex working was rude and obnoxious..... Was very short with the customer in front me, literally rolled his eyes at her ! Unbelievable! Then took my order with a sarcasm tone and then began to sing at the very top of his lungs as if his job was to be a professional singer... Complete lack of professionalism and very embarassing to witness other people sitting looking at each other uncomfortably..... Wanted to do some work but decided to leave immediately.... Not sure this is the kind of person you want to be representing your company Starbies. NOT happy ....

If not for the girl with the shaved head working the drive through, this would have been a 5 star review. She has no customer service whatsoever, rude and dismissive to every customer at the window. I understand when someone is having a bad day but it seems that she’s always miserable.

Your staff is absolutely amazing here. They take the time for genuine conversations and are very knowledgeable.Food review is a general opinion for Starbucks overall. The quick service style of the food has decreased the quality. There was staple items years ago that have since been adjusted or taken away which wasn't necessary.Atmosphere, your stores need the large amount of seating to come back. The change of service is contributing to the anti-social society.

It’s not just you Waterloo Starbucks - it’s a chain thing. Since the pandemic when they removed the cream/sugar stations, the coffee is wildly inconsistent. You cannot trust any one location to make the same “one cream one sugar”. Bring back the DIY stations PLEASE.

This location used to be my favorite and since we only bus it's the easiest location for us to go to but the service has gone way down hill. When your uncomfortable to go up and tell the staff your drink isn't right and they give you the third degree, what happened to "Oh I'm so sorry, how can we fix this for you?" Instead you get "what do you want me to do about it? Do you want to buy another one or gonna just drink it?" I got one time and now feel so uncomfortable to go say something if the staff didn't do the drink right! And prices have gone way up and don't get me started on how small the sitting area is now as they took half of it for their storage area and the music is always blaring in the evening so when I have my drink I have to wear earplugs til it's time to walk home, and the staff is often loud and rowdy as well, its frustrating. I've been a gold customer over 15yrs and I'm disappointed how things have gone down hill, I miss how things were when you feel they care and take pride in their drinks and location.Wheelchair accessibility: It used to be wheelchair friendly but they took out that table area inside so you can get to the counter but no way you can sit inside with a wheelchair.

Ordered an expresso machiato, asked to put extra foam .. was charged more being that where ever i go they never make it the same. Some put way more, some put way less. Zero conistancy. I asked the lady working the till Rita are you sure you want to charge me extra for this.. shes like yea.. this review is more for principal than anything.. head office needs to see this !!

I purchased an Iced Chai Latte with whipped cream on my way into work this evening & when I started drinking the drink I noticed it had a weird taste to it. When I went to dump out the drink a little bit later as I had over half left and wasn’t going to drink it cause of the weird taste, I noticed that it had chunks in it when I removed the lid. I phoned the location and let them know of this as this is the second time this has happened (the first time the actual milk was curdled and there were larger chunks) and the employee told me it is normal for whipped cream to become chunky. I have never experienced chunky whipped cream that tastes weird and certainly don’t classify that as normal. The location then offered to remake the drink for me which I appreciate but for the cost of $7 for a drink this shouldn’t be the case. Also included photos of the chunks from pouring the drink down the sink.
