Such a weird and rude lady(Don’t know her name, she’s working there today,March 29th at 10.45pm)at the counter. It seems like she doesn’t wanna work there. I recommend the management to give her basic training, she has no etiquette and no smile on her face. One should not work like this, specially when you are meeting the customers. She has ruined my order thrice and now I am not gonna go to this outlet again.

I went to Subway (255 King Street N, Waterloo, ON) today, March 28, 2024, around 2:35 p.m., and ordered a 6" teriyaki crunch sandwich. Worker 1 made me a 12" sub with rotisserie chicken, and when I told her I wanted a 6" sub, she scooped the chicken off the sub bread and put it back in the chicken container to be served to others.Also, when I asked worker 2 about the fact that the menu says the sub I ordered includes chicken strips, she explained that the rotisserie chicken is simply the chicken strips coated in teriyaki sauce.When she started making my sub, I asked her why the chicken she (worker 2) used was so small (there were only about two table spoons of rotisserie chicken), and she said it was a full scoop. I asked her to please add more because there was barely any. She then got angry and slammed the sub into the trash can. She started making me one again, but with less chicken. At that point, I told her I didn't want it anymore because, as a customer, I was dissatisfied with the amount of chicken on the sandwich and was being treated rudely.She (worker 2) then began yelling at me, saying I was wasting the store's resources and told me to leave. I returned ten minutes later, around 2:45 pm, to ask for her name, which she refused and threatened to call the cops on me. Furthermore, as I was leaving the store, I overheard her (worker 2) swear at me in Punjabi.I will report this incident to Health Canada, and I hope that action is taken against these workers.

I took a veggie delight sub the employee didn't toast the bread even after asking and in a sub veggies are usually spread across the bread but the employee stacked all the veggies in the center of the sub this all was okay and tolerable but then the employee used a meat sub knife to cut a veggie sub.

Worst subway … too stingy on veggies I ordered veggie sub asked for tomatoes gave only four ?!! I am sure their formula says six tomatoes for foot long sub .. then at cash out I paid by cash the they don’t even hand out change ($5 bill ) in hand just tosses it on counter so rude

I just got back and took two subways and one side kicks one subway was crispy chicken and the side kick too, as soon as i ate it and my boyfriend and I am having bad stomach ache, even when we were eating it i could feel the chicken is uncooked which somebody can clearly see in the picture. I don’t know how can you serve somebody uncooked chicken and not even check if it’s fully cooked.

The lady who was preparing the order is very rude. I went at 7 in the morning, was in good mood, wished her with a smile.. no response..Then I continued giving my order, she was very rude, didn’t want to chop the veggies.. and put it into the sub.I reconfirmed it from her with a smile.. still the same answer and rudeness. Just smiled back and told her to finish making it.I was in a very good mood, but now utterly disappointed.The outlet should teach some basic etiquettes to their staff.I felt like the lady was called on some over time shift or anything, that she just didn’t want to be there. It wasn’t even busy at that time, just 1 other customer that she already finished preparing the order for.Just before posting this, I read other comments as well, and they are mostly about the same thing.The restaurant should consider these for sure.Thank youWon’t be coming back anytime soon to this outlet.

I have ordered 6 subways with almost all the veggies and all the sauces except 2. So practically it should fully loaded. But because I had use coupons buy 1 get 1 they can not put more stuff. That also fine but half of the veggies and sauce also they can't use. I think they are saving money by fooling people. I have mailed to subway also regarding this.

Review of Subway:I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at Subway recently, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone. The food quality was abysmal, and the service was non-existent.I placed an online order for six veggie sandwiches, specifically requesting a variety of vegetables. However, upon receiving my order, I was shocked to find that there were barely any vegetables in the sandwiches, just cabbage. Furthermore, I requested six sauces, but only one was included in my order.When I called the store to address the issue, the staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She claimed they were out of vegetables and sauces, and abruptly ended the call. Subsequent attempts to reach them were fruitless, as my calls went unanswered.Frustrated, I decided to visit the store in person to resolve the matter. However, the employee on duty initially refused to acknowledge my complaint, insisting that she wasn't responsible for my order. It was only after I persisted that she begrudgingly agreed to remake the sandwiches. Despite admitting to having the necessary ingredients, she still displayed a dismissive attitude, claiming she didn't have the time.Overall, my experience at Subway was appalling. The lack of care for customer satisfaction, coupled with the poor quality of food and service, left me deeply dissatisfied. It's disappointing to see such blatant disregard for customer service and honesty.I want to speak to the owner. If he is unable to manage the store, I would like to purchase it.

I went in to this location around 2:30 pm today to redeam my free sub after having a terrible one the first time I ordered, it was a new worker that day so it was mostly understandable but not really edible to my standard cause of way to much sauce, I wanted to give a shout out to the lady today who made me the perfect sub no problem and gave me some cookies cause its my birthday. you are so kind !
