Had an extremely strange experience here. I came in and ordered five beefy 5 layered cheesy burrito and a large mountain dew Baha blast.Almost as soon as I finished all five - I ran to the toilet. That was all normal - but the poop came out all weird and solid. Like almost no liquid at all. Not sure if they changed the recipe or not but all in all was a strange but mediocre experience. Will return

Customer service needs a lot of work here.I was walking by and overheard the unprofessionalism towards a customer, so bad that I just had to give this place a bad review. Also don't go to taco bell, why waste money there when they don't even like giving you sauce.You'll have better luck going into a sketchy alleyway with a wallet full of 100's and making it through safely, than getting more than 4 sauce packets.

Thought going to a Taco Bell franchise meant identical prices country wide.We get a Beefy Triple Cheese melt for $2.79 at every Taco Bell until now. They are $4.29 here. Everything on their menu here is much more money. The male employee said it's an extra mall tax. Sad that the owner puts this pressure on the employees to make up stories. In a time when everyone is struggling to make ends meet and are seeking deals anywhere... this really erks me. The manager would not refund me the difference, but offered another overpriced burrito.Buyer beware people.I'll call Taco Bell tomorrow to see what is up here.Fast food is already a rip-off.Help me make this right people.To the owner,Please read these reviews. You will make more money by lowering your prices and improving reviews and taking care of your customers rather than your current situation.Do better. Please.

Such a long line, gave them a 20 for a 10$ meal and they didn’t give me any change, only filled my drink half way full and called them about it but said if I don’t have the receipt they can’t give me my money back but they never offered to give me my receipt so there was no way of me getting my money back. -1 star

I bought 4 bean tacos and the quantities of the items in it were so less. Very little beans, lettuce and a little cheese. All of the tacos were very thin.Other than that, I got a hair in my food. I didn't know what to do so they replaced it for me. But it didn't seem good to eat after getting a hair. Also the cashier lady was very rude and showed me so much attitude.Please avoid this store of taco bell. They are ruining their reputation.

Unfortunately, I work in this mall. This particular taco bell is garbage. I ask for diet Pepsi and get Pepsi. I go back, they smile and pour Pepsi again. At least a dozen times this has happened. Waste of time and money.
