I actually got the fries and gravy from KFC and they were DELICIOUS!! KFC is greasy comfort food and I dont ot it all the time but once in a while I get it and I enjoy every bite..totally a guilty pleasure.The atmosphere of the restaurant is clean and friendly. The staff were so kind and friendly ND I would definitely go back.

Ordered a 3 piece chicken meal. One of the pieces was about 2 inches in diameter. All three were dry and bland. The fries were old. We got take out so I'm assuming they feel like it's ok to give old dried out food because we aren't eating there. Why does their pop always taste flat? Worst KFC in the city.

This location has to be the worst in town. Food errors regularly. Often making customers wait at the drive thru to order, sometimes 5+ minutes at a time while the cars line up down the road. Either their speaker is broken at the drive thru or staff have serious listening comprehension issues. Repeat yourself numerous times and still get incorrect food. Staff will audibly scoff at you over the speaker when ordering anything with a modification. This most recent experience had us waiting in the drive thru for over 5 minutes, just to have the guy who came to take our order keep asking the same questions over and over. How many times does one person need to say it's soft tacos and be heard? Gave up in drive thru and tried to order in store, and the same drive thru worker would not let me order for myself, whispering my order to the employee at the register despite me asking several times if I could order for myself. As he couldn't get even the beginning of my order right over the speaker, I did not trust him to order for me. The girl at the register didn't even ask me what I wanted before telling me my total, and what she had punched in was incorrect and missing items I'd never even gotten to say out loud in the drive thru. Once we corrected that and I finished ordering, I noticed two things missing on my receipt. The girl was thankfully able to resolve that before I got the bag, and this was one of the rare occurrences with no food errors. However, they overstuffed the bag and it ripped straight down the side right after getting it into the car. Food was all over the floor of the car. My husband went in to have it fixed. If it weren't for the kind manager and the girl working the taco station fixing the order, and going above and beyond in doing so, I think I'd have written this location off today entirely.

Happy with the food and value as usual, but the staff at this location seem rude and overwhelmed. Drinks were wrong (that's fine, mistakes happen), but we also got scolded for the way we picked up our order - overall a very strange and unsettling experience. They need to work on their accessibility training.

Hi! So as we all know taco bell can cause a bit of stomach aches and constipation which I was prepared for when I ordered food from here because I personally never had problems. What I was not prepared for was severe food poisoning. I got taco bell after a night out because I was craving it and I wake up in the morning in pain with really bad bowel issues. The next morning after I was feeling better until the night came around and I was screaming in pain puking everywhere and being dosed with pepto, nyquil to put me to to sleep, ibprofuen, you name it. So whatever you put on those tacos Taco Bell, BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE PUTTING INTO CUSTOMERS STOMACHS!!!!! I don’t care if you don’t care and just want money, Taco bell has been known to have multiple issues with their food but I didnt know severe food poisoning was one of them.

This is the worst KFC that I have ever been to. The chicken thigh is literally the size of my thump. The staffs seems to be international students and they never follow the protocol or check through on the quality. These people will serve you chicken that is made 8 hours ago.

Get our food they were overall slow and the taco were not put together very nice as they were overall very messy put together. The fries we got cold and seemed soggy. My wife taco supreme didn’t have the green onion on it. I will also state this restaurant is not handicap friendly or wheelchair friendly as they don’

This is the dirtiest, most unprofessional franchise i’ve ever step foot into.Employees swearing, dirty sit down area and quality of food is likely the worst part about the review.Had to throw out half my box because the ground beef looked like mashed potatoes. For the first time ever I had to experience heart burn for 2 days straight from this location.From the tables to the employees, this is the dirtiest fast food chain i’ve ever been to.
