The drinks are amazing! We ordered the Crunchy Tiramisu, Snow velvet peach matcha and the strawberry green tea - all were amazing! The service was super good and the man was very nice. The atmosphere was also very nice. Overall it would be a 10/10 and I definitely will come back.Parking: Parking is good as it is in a plaza.
Not only does the alley serve my favourite bubble tea EVER, the owner of the store is the sweetest man. He is so hard working and kept his store open for us when we didn’t realize he was closed. He took the time to chat with us a bit and gave us great customer service. If you are looking for a boba place in waterloo, let it be the alley.

Pretty awesome drinks we had here I loved the atmosphere more almost though but at the same time the drinks were good can't complain it's a good place to get a boba tea that's for sure .....it was packed as well on a Sunday afternoon so that tells you they are doing something

It tastes like original milk tea with a hint of blueberry flavorSecondly, I really like the crunchy tiramisu milk teaThirdly (this is the most popular drink here), I also love the Deerioca Fever with fresh milk. It's just tapioca in brown sugar with your choice of fresh milk or oat milk. I prefer fresh milk
