Terrible service here. My friends and I came here to meet some other friends who were already seated and we completely denied of service. We were rudely told that they were not accepting seating anymore without giving us a wait time or an acknowledgement that we would even be seated. We left to find somewhere else to eat when our friends called us back claiming that they were accepting seating again. You guys might need to work on your customer service.

The staff here is SO kind and generous. Frequent check-ins to ensure everything is good. I got the cajun salmon here, and I found the portion to be quite small for the price. Otherwise I must say, for someone that does not like fries, their waffle fries are amazing!

Amazing sandwiches. Really enjoyed the sandwich I had last time. The flavour of the Thai food was a little lacking. Everything else is quite good.

Food was great. Garlic mash could use more garlic flavour but still tasty. Recommended the brownies and ice cream for dessert, I could have had 3 of them they were so good.

The food and the atmosphere was awesome. I love the history behind it. I'm very glad that they have persevered it so well. Great selection of food to choose from. If you enjoy craft beer then this place is a must when in Waterloo. Only downfall was the service. The servers seem completely miserable and hate their jobs.
So so food, decent service, but it's really different from the rest of the place. Good for a drop in on a night out but I don't know that I'd come here just for the food.

It's been quite sometime since I've been here and it wasn't disappointing. The thing I like about this place is each floor is a different experience. I tried the ipa that they brew and I would recommend it for sure. This was a Christmas work party so the food was already chose ahead of time. Snacky food that was quite good enough to go up for seconds. I'll be visiting again soon, this time to have more of a dining experience.

Loved that they shared the story of the restoration of this heritage building and it has new life thanks to the Adlys family, ask to see the booklet that outlines the history. Food was great and the wine selection very good for the non beer drinkers. We really enjoyed our evening here.
