I went there on 24/03/2024 evening around 8.30 pm, it was one of the worst service ever. I asked one of the employee about my offer in mobile app. He said " i dont use tims app and i don't know" . Dont you guys feels ashamed your employee don't use mobile app and dont know about offers. More over, i paid 14 $ bought two crispy chicken creavable and two coffee. He kept them on side counter it was not in a bag with tissues he jus kept both on the side . The coffee we bought was the worst, which is made by the guy who took the order. We don't feel to raise the issue directly because i felt hes too rude. He was a tall guy with Chinese looks.

I’m VERY disappointed with Tim Hortons.Once a original CANADIAN brand which was multicultural is now run to the ground.You’ve decided to focus on purely profits…. Replacing our members of the community with migrants which barely speak English & that don’t understand culture basics.This is due to your FRANCHISE MANAGER only desiring to primarily hire their own from india…..This is not only about this location ALL YOUR LOCATIONS have been infiltrated & it’s clear as day to everyone but most won’t speak up.Canadians Deserve better. Enough with messing up orders ….poor manners & individuals who hire mainly only ONE ethnicity.

You can reliably get food here but a lot of times with a long line. They removed seating during covid and never bothered to replace it but they need the extra space to accommodate the line that develops because of how slow they are at making food. It's unlikely you'll actually get what you ordered only an approximation of it. Maybe you'll get the wrong sandwich maybe they'll make the sandwich wrong (e.g. use the wrong meat). Don't order if you can't accept an incorrect item. If you want any modifications on an item. Don't. The staff here are trained at a level far below the quality of service of off campus Tim Hortons.

They served me expired milk in my drink. Then the milk machine exploded and flooded the entire kitchen. I ended up waiting 20mins for a water and a latte. They were extremely rude and unprofessional and ignored me. Stay clear of this monstrosity.

This timmies is always backed up with orders and has probably the slowest moving workers I've ever seen. I've waited 15mins for a large ice coffee before. I mean, food is pretty well always good so theres at least that.

It’s not bad service or bad food it’s bad practices.I’m sorry but I’m tired, so tired of business not accepting cash.It’s discriminatory practice (some groups don’t use banking systems or don’t have access, 15% of First Nations for example),This must become an illegal practice, or a lot of bad things could happen.Please reconsider this policy, I know this is not the only merchant on campus with such policies.

everything that comes out of this particular Tim Hortons is as if it was graced by the touch of God. It's donuts, wraps, sandwiches... EVERYTHING. Idk what these reviews are talking about. It gets a little crowded around lunch time sure, but how's that their fault? They're always fully stocked with the best food on campus. LOVE YOU GUYS.

Second time of forgetting order for less than half month.( I only go to school during weekdays). They should better train their people.

Staff needs to be retrained. Made my order wrong twice. Asked for a medium half hot chocolate half dark roast and was not able to make. To all students out there please don’t use this on campus timmies. Go out and see for yourself how much better others are and that includes all benefits like usage of gift card, points collection, etc. Shame timmies for serving wrongfully to innocent students.

How could I not give this place five stars? So many memories tied up, my family and our friends working here during university.They remodeled and recently reopened. Space was stolen from the Comfy Lounge to make it even larger. Prices remain very reasonable at this not for profit run by the Math Society. Watcards not accepted.I grabbed a good cup of coffee, despite not drinking coffee there during the five years I worked there. Lol. I then walked back over to residence to pick up my kid and drive her home.
