Ordered a Sausage farmers wrap MEAL. Plus an extra hash brown patty. It was all punched in separate and came out almost a dollar more than the meal. I also never received my extra hash brown patty ?

I ordered 2 wraps with different ingredients, they didn't mark them to identify which is which. I went to ask them, they had no option but to help me. The guy who wrapped was staring at me and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Parking is very limited. Dine in area seems nice.

Edit: i went back to the store today to talk to them about the below incident. The 'supervisor' from last night did report the incident to the manager and when I went in today the shift manager I spoke to bent over backwards to make this right for me. She said she just needed to see the proof that the money came out of my account, which of course i provided for her. It was the same proof that i showed the person from last night, my banking app that clearly showed a deduction of $20.53 from my account, paid to Tim Hortons. We settled on having the money put on a giftcard that I can load to my app for future use. I am an almost daily visitor to Tim Hortons. I have never had a customer service issue so it shocked me. Today's customer service was above reproach so I am amending my review to 5 stars from 1. Thank you to Tim Hortons staff for making it right today. $20 may not seem like much, but for this senior living on a fixed income, $20 is a big deal!!Visited the drive thru at the location closest to Costco Waterloo, Friday March 22/24 at 7:35pm. I ordered a small ice capp, a large ice capp and a sweet chili loaded bowl. The total came to $20.53.I got to the window, checked to see that my scan and pay was activated on my phone and the person scanning said, how will you be paying. I informed her that I had used scan and pay, rechecked to make sure the scan and pay was toggled to 'on'... it was. She said it didn't go through. I said, let me check my banking app to make sure the payment didn't go through and the payment had indeed gone through and my bank account was debited $20.53. I showed her my bank app screen and told her it did go through, as evidenced by the debit of the exact amount of the order with the item line reading, "TIM HORTONS #76_V". She argued that my Tim Hortons app was not working and the scan and pay did not work because it didn't show up on her terminal. I responded by saying the problem is not on my end because VERY CLEARLY, the scan and pay DID work as the exact amount was debited from my account. She had scanned the code on my phone app and the payment was instantly deducted from my visa debit... = a successful SCAN AND PAY!!I asked to speak to a manager and she said there was no manager, that she was the supervisor and there was nothing she could do. I again showed her my phone banking app and we continued to bounce back and forth. She asked me what I wanted her to do and I said to give me the order I clearly paid for. Her response, "I can't do that. It is not showing on my screen. Your Tim Hortons app is the problem". I told her the app worked fine, that it is her terminal that is the issue and she said no, there is no issue with her terminal, it is my app... you know, the app that same app that successfully scanned the code and successfully deducted the exact payment from my bank account!She said there was nothing she could do. Too bad for me. She didn't apologize. She didn't give me a number to call. Worst customer service I have ever encountered at Tim Hortons... and you have her working as a supervisor!! Nice one!! I will be visiting the store on Saturday March 23rd to speak to a real manager because your evening supervisor is completely incompetent.I'm not sure if this will show up on an end of shift reconciliation of the drive thru till, but your numbers will be off by $20.53 because you took my money and didn't produce an order.

I ordered extra large coffee with half french vanilla blend at the drive through, the Tim Horton’s employee first ordered the product correctly at $2.35. however, moments later he switched the product costing me more than $3.50. I raised the issue at the window and the lady after a short debate and when I shown the receipt from the other Tim Horton’s agreed to switch the price to original $2.35 but it was a great inconvenience and time wastage for us. This branch much not try to rip off it’s customer and shall be honest and customer friendly.

These people needs to be trained again in what customer service is and know more about their menu . Rude people too and one thing: if you don’t have it in the kitchen DONT SELL IT !
