This is the worst Tim Hortons in the city. The service is consistently slow and the regularly have a line out the door, yet only one cashier is taking orders and they take 3-5 minutes between orders to take the next order. They prioritize the online orders and completely ignore the customers who are in the store. If there are more than 3 people in line it's not worth the 20 minute wait.Many of the staff are completely unaware of their surroundings. Today I ordered a coffee and one staff member put it on the counter and as I was reaching for it, another one grabbed an uber eats bag and just smashed it into my coffee, spilling a bunch of it on the counter as well as my hand. I tried to get the staff member's attention, but was completely ignored and had to clean up their mess myself. Absolutely ridiculous. I only go here because I work across the street.

This location has cut back on staff hours. The staff suffer and so do the customers.Do better management. Will go across the street to Starbucks from now on

If I could give less than a star I would. Not only do they have slow service and unable to make proper coffee. But, the employers and managers lack empathy and treat employees very badly. Especially Barb she is not only verbally and mentally abusive to fellow employees but is equally as rude to customers. The managers should review her employment. Will never go to this location until serious changes are made to ensure a healthy and safe environment for customers and employers.

normally me and my friends go on our lunch break to Tim Horton a our stays where rather enjoyable untill this one manager she treats us with disrespect almost every day she’s there we have got yelled at many times for “disturbing others” yet the thing is we are quiet. There’s a rule “you gotta buy something” to sit there and we do we buy 25 cent timbits and she didn’t count that and a few days ago my friend had a spider on her pants and the manager yelled at her for jumping up and making a small noise of sacredness she has aracnaphobia. She then talked about how “we are soooo loud 24/7” and where really rude but my friend group has got so many compliments about how where well mannered no matter what we clean up after we go there it’s came to the point we decided to advise classmates not to go don’t come here!!!Kid-friendliness: THERE NOT KID FRIENDLY AGEST MANAGER SHE SUXKS

Overall I’m appalled a human being can act this way, on my way with my 3 year old son, we were craving a donut but Starbucks was closed. We look down, and I see a wasps nests swarming his head ( he’s allergic to wasps). He bursts into tears and swelled up while this “manager” shouted that this grubby, nasty shed was a “restaurant”. Terrible experience, never come here.

I ordered 2 egg and cheese on english muffin double tosted with Chipotle on it with a hashbrown and jalapeño savory pastry and a small orange ginger to go. When I reached home and started looking at the order I noticed I missed jalapeño savory pastry. This is not the 1st time I missed an order item at this location. I let it go before but now it's becoming toomuch. If I pay and don't get the the item I need atleast I should get my money back!

This morning there were only two people working behind the counter at 6:05am. It took well over 10 minutes to get my order.The staff are friendly, but without a drive-thru to speed up the requirement of fast service this is by far the slowest Tim's in the region, no matter if there are 2-4 people working.
