don't go to this place unless they fix their customer service. food is okay but you don't get what you pay for. 35 per person (even teens) is way too much and the food/service is not worth what they charge. customer service is very slow and limited

really not sure how this place is still open, horrible food and overpriced. the chicken was so dry, miso soup tasted like nothing and sushi was falling apart and old tasting. this has to be some kind of money laundering scam because there is literally no one in there. take my advice and never go there.

They really shoot themselves in the foot with how they are running the business. The location is great, the food is terrible. The dragon rolls (signature rolls) are rice, tempura bits, cucumbers and imitation crab. The rest of the fish are traces. The sashimi are good, but they take the longest to bring it out and only in batches. Compare this to kinkaku is like comparing living in somalia to living in norway.

Terribly slow service. They seemed to be doing everything except to serve and bring the food to the table. Had to look for the server three times and ask for the missing items which took over 45 to 50 min to arriveeven though ordered everything as soon as we got there.Unfortunately couldn't give them zero star which is why I had to settle in for 1 star.

The food was really dissapponting. I tried both sushi and appetizers/entrees and I was not impressed with any of it. The handrolls were mostly rice, the fish itself didn’t seem fresh, the beef was super dry and tough, and the chicken was a weird consistency. I came here a while ago and it was pretty decent, but this time was just so dissappointing.

One of the worst (of not the worst one) sushi places I have ever had. The Maki rolls were full of rice, honestly speaking, me and my family found that we are literally eating rice instead of Maki rolls. I shall never suggest anyone to go to that place. By the way, unfortunately, we did not receive whatever we ordered as well.

was the only customer there, waited almost 40 mins for 2 Bento Boxes. paid close to $40 & was very disappointed with the amount of food. it was tasteless, no seasoning and somewhat stale. the only thing that tasted good was the iced tea & wasabi

This place is like they are looking for an excuse not to serve you better. Orders take forever to get to you. Ask for four items, they bring you only tow. Also too much rice on every roll…

Service is very slow. We went today to have early dinner and most of things we ordered never came. We were the only costumer in the store yet they were very lazy one of the crew fell asleep and when we ask for their service a guy from the kitchen just look at us but when we asked for the bill they were very fast on moving.. i highly not recommend this place everyone was busy with they’re on phones you can tell since everyone in the store was wearing airpods

I ordered one Beef Fried Udon and One Seafood Ramen. Both came with This was not only disappointing but also wasting money even amid Inflation. Anyway, chef might have made mistake but the taste of the food was so bad that we lost our interest to take a second spoon. The food was too much salty.I would definitely not recommend this place.

Perhaps this is just a factor of recent spikes in inflation,,, but the sushi quality for the price I paid,,, was not what I was expecting. For a cheaper price,,, you can have an equally filling meal at Ken's. I find that good sushi tends to be more well packed,,, higher quality sushi having the outer layer of rice be more dense than the inner layer. The wasabi that was only provided when I asked,,, was very strange. Perhaps this was because they somehow are selling real wasabi,,, but since the wasabi looked like it came from a pump-dispenser, I'm led to believe it's of a lower grade -- as in even cheaper than usual fake wasabi. Almost no flavour apart from a hint of sweetness and spicyness. But I digress,,, perhaps this is just how good wasabi is,,, as it is, as I understand, supposed to not interfere with the flavor of the sushi, that is be not overpowering in flavor. The ordering system was pretty buggy,,, and often dishes were randomly added or not added when you would press the 'add to cart' button. Water is seemingly hidden from the customer,,, as bottled water is the only water available from the menu -- and all the drinks are an added cost. With reliance on technology,,, the customer-waiter relationship is not there. Hence it wasn't so much 'service' as much as delivery. Overall, however, the food was filling and pretty fresh.

Bad service, bad taste. They do not care about customers waiting, what they want, and serve food very slow. And the foods aren't fresh at all. It wasn't like this years ago, I don't know what happened to them. Never going again

- The bathroom doors legit DO NOT close and there was toilet cleaner left out which is a health and safety hazard- Some guy was vaping in there, they saw and said nothing- The dessert was… interesting. The orange cake was really stale and one of the slices looked like it had a bite taken out of it. The cheesecake was cut into squares the size of the spaces of a checkers board. The cream puffs were still frozen when brought to us- the appetizers had incredibly small portion sizes- the food (not counting dessert) was like 5/10 at best, you could get the same thing at the supermarket lol- its like $40 dollars for dinner, ~$30 if you're paying in cash, which isn't worth itThe place generally has potential, it just needs work in my opinion. My friend and I saw it had a 3.5 and still went, ended up receiving like 2 star service lol

Ordered sashimi and none of it came. They told us last call and pretended they didn’t realize. If you can’t afford to provide all you can eat sushi don’t advertise as such. We won’t be coming back.If you want to eat rice, come here, if you want to eat sushi go somewhere else.
