The food, service and atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommend their penne vodka! Went for dinner with my dad and sister and we had a great time! 10/10 would come again!

Visited at lunch on Nov 26/21, was looking so forward to it as my first experience which was pre-pandemic was excellent. This visit I ordered a panzerrotti, which was a special that day. When it arrived the bottom crust was very underdone. The inside had a nice quantity of veggies however there was quite a bit on liquid. In fact it ran out onto the plate when I cut into it. (Not appetizing to look at). The taste was very bland. I did have a portion untouched which I brought home but threw out. Was definitely not worth the money. I doubt I'll be back I'm sorry to say.To leave on a positive note the staff was very friendly & courteous.

I ordered two margarita pizzas by Uber Eats, and after waiting 40 min, I received burnt pizza. Bad first experience.

Vivo what are you doing? This place used to do their menu justice, but CLEARLY they have changed business model recently. The fritto misto is mainly calamari with THREE shrimps, the pizza ingredients are now cheap substitutes, the result is rather tasteless, even the margherita is just soggy, and they added all of THREE minuscule basil leaves to it... why bother putting basil at all if you are not meant to taste it? They used to be great, now they do not deserve attention. Two stars for what they USED TO be. Richmond hill location.

The food is not too bad but the portions are extremely small. The portion sizes were bigger before the pandemic. We paid $46 for two fertucini alfredo pastas (they also charge extra for shrimp) and the portion size was shockingly small and we were so hungry afterwards.

Nice place, great service, great food, good prices.Everyone loved their meals except me. I love Windsor Pizza. Nothing else compares, so not fair to rate Vivo on that. If you have never had Windsor's pizza, I'm absolutely sure you would love Vivo's. The other 4 meals we had were fantastic!

Today we’ve had the worst experience at your restaurant. The store manager seems to be an anti-masker refusing to wear his mask indoors. He was also rude to us and complaining about the kids playing with crayons. He was condescending and talking down to us as if we were trash. We also happen to be people of colour. And we saw how nice he was to the other customers who happen to be white. They forgot to cook 2 of the 5 meals we ordered. It was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. This is an example of the micro aggressions people have been talking about for years. This was our third visit to this restaurant and sadly our last.

Food was good, but manager (I believe was named Roland) was rude, unprofessional, and did not wear a mask indoors despite public health directives. Unfortunately he ruined what was meant to be a special night out with friends and family. I have met 16 year olds at Tim Horton's who could teach him about service.

We were heading to State and Main and made a last minute change in the parking lot and went to Vivo instead - and we were so glad we made the switch. It was our first time there and we were so impressed. We ate inside (it was raining) and it was really nice - very fresh and clean looking. The food was amazing. We had the bruschetta to start - it was the best bruschetta we’ve ever had - bread was so tasty. My son had the gnocchi special - it was huge and he ate every bit. My daughter tried the pizza and I had the penne vodka. Both were excellent. We were excited to find this little gem and will definitely be back!

Waited for 45 minutes and the waitress didnt even bring me my water. I ended up walking out as obviously its not worth waiting an hour for a water. And what i assume would have been 3 hours for my meal.

Went there today to celebrate my mother in laws retirement. The service was great, you can tell the owner really loves what he does and customer service is top priority for them. The Ingredients were fresh and authentic, best pizza I've had in town. Its a must visit if your looking for real authentic pizza

best bruschetta I have ever had. Went on a Friday and some staff hadn't shown up, our server was hustling to get all the tables taken care of and still provided amazing food and service.
