Outdated decor is understandable, but cleanliness need improvement in both dinning area and washroom. Perhaps too big of a place for the given number of staff and dinners. Keep it up Wendy's. You can do it.

Always messes up my order.I ordered a Grill Cesar salad and I received a pomegranate dressing instead.!Once i came through the drive thru and i asked is it too later to add a salad for my order the worker said yes without saying no u can. He definitely had the option to add it to my order but didn't. I hope the management hire people who want to work not slackers.

Went in to get breakfast waited 5 mins called out for help 2 times for no one to come to the till. I used the bathroom and it was very dirty at 9:30 am like no o e has cleaned it in a day or more. Im very disappointed!!!! In the end I got NO service NO answer to my calling by phone, so NO breakfast for my family from here!!! NOT today and prob NOT ever again!!

I made the unfortunate mistake of visiting this location while on my lunch break from school.The food in itself is fine, pretty standard for Wendy's. Sometimes the fries are good, sometimes the sandwich could use some work, it happens, no difference.Everything else however was atrocious. First off walking in, you'll immediately notice the smell. This location is old, and when I mean old I mean definitely the last 50 or so years have not been kind to this structure. The musty, moldy smell just consumes you, and it isn't helped by the furniture and décor. It honestly feels like nothing has ever been changed since it was first built.It's an absolute mistake to sit inside, or even go inside for that matter. The staff is not bad, not great but not bad, but you'll lose all concentration in speaking to them just from everything you're surrounded by.In short, either demolish the place and build a new one, or remodel it pronto.
This is an underrated place! The atmosphere is super vibey and calm! There are really nice booths and tables and reminds me of childhood. This is definitely a place to being friends or just to study during the day. Also the customer service always goes the extra mile to make you smile!!

I went through the drive through and after 15 minutes went inside. A lady who ordered 5 minutes after me had gone in first and got her food before me. She said that I should go in as they were confused. They apparently were having trouble finding the eggs. After 20 minutes they were still cooking my hash browns. Unbelievable how slow they were

The worst Wendy's i've ever been to. Had absolutely terrible service tonight from a guy in a black hoodie. He did not speak to me at all during payment or anything. Once we recieved our order one of our drinks were wrong. I let him know and without saying a word, just loomed at his menu screen, grabbed me my proper drink and just handed it to me. No apology or anything. 0 hospitality here whatsoever and I definitely will not be returning to this location because of him!

Got two burgers for mobile pickup on promo. I customized one of the burgers (no pickles and onions) but unfortunately they did not follow the order instructions. I went back to the cashier and told them the problem and showed them the order receipt, however they tried to convince me that the “daves single” comes with these ingredients. Im not sure what they were trying to tell me as the order clearly shows my specifications not to add them. When they remade the order and double checking with me that the burger is supposed to have no pickles and onions, they still managed to mess it up again. At this point i just had to tell my partner to pick off the ingredients she didnt want as the staff is clearly not capable of understanding the simplest of orders.
