Today at Wendy # 6489 waterloo , my husband ordered 3 spicy chicken burger with meal and fries.its disappointed that the chicken patti was uncooked and frozen in one of the burgers.now he can't eat it, and we need to cooked in oven and its not cooking. I need to know you are selling 8$ burgers uncooked frozen are u scaming people and they now open all burgers and check if they cooked or not? The quality and taste of remaining 2 burgers are bad ,you need to reimburse my money for being hungry and unhealthy food.

Don't even bother the wife wanted to try the new breakfast menu for mothers day. We got there at 730 drive thru opens at 630 there's ppl in there. They ignored me so we did not infact get to try the new breakfast. So we went to tim hortons who actualy answer there customers. Way to go Wendy's your already failing to break into the breakfast game! I would give you a 0 star because you can't even get food to try but Google won't let me do that !!Well I decided to give this wendys another shot today April 5th 2024. They served me today so that was nice, but sadly that is where the nice ends. My food was all cold my bun was not toasted. And good gravey batman the order taker in DT it was like she was yelling at me, her tone said I was bothering her and to just leave. Well guess what I'm not giving u another chance I'll take my money else where others should too. This place is not worth the garbage food garbage service and the feeling of your an inconvenience for being a customer. I honestly hope this place closes due to lack of customers then we wount be such an inconvenience.

Got the salad ...... nice dried out chicken jerky served on top of a lightly wilted brown lettuce .... bacon tasted like bacon which I'm a big fan of ..... dressing was as it should be ..... service was fast since we were the only ones there that's a bonus!

Dont come here if in a rush. Especially for brekfast. Waited over 10mins for food. Didnt even start cooking until a few minutes after ordering. Buns and wraps are dry and crusty. Staff cant remember to put sauces into bags

The portion size seems to be getting a bit smaller. 2 medium combos came out to $32 for 2 people. I'm not sure how a family affords to go out very often. The food still tasted good and the folks behind the counter were very helpful. One quick suggestion, if you have 2 similar combos, it would be helpful if you wrapped one slightly different so we didn't have to open both to try to figure out which one was for each person.

Staff gave me an attitude before i even had a chance to order. After i ordered a bacon deluxe, i had to take it back because the bacon delux didnt even have any bacon. My other order of the spicy chicken burger had no lettuce or tomato.Staff needs training on (1)speaking English, (2) manners, and the owner needs to spend some money training a damn cook.

Wors wendy’s in the town take more than 20 minutes to just get order which placed online before , worst costumer service I think they need to change
incredibly complicated and confusing process to get into the bathrooms. Waited for 5 minutes because all the doors were locked only to discover that you have to wait in line at the counter to get them to flip a switch (and lose your place in line) and then the door would not lock when inside. Will just go somewhere else next

Great location. Always Friendly staff, clean bathrooms and unlike some other fad food they won’t charge you and arm and a leg if you need a small sauce on the side.Their time at this location and will be coming back

Ordered from this store on uber eats. The fries had clearly been sitting out for several hours. They were cold. My frosty was a milkshake cause it melted. The burger was cold. I ordered no tomatos, they put tomatos. My partners coke was flat as could be. Tasted like nothin but syrup. Absolutely horrible. Uber also refused to help because i didnt provide a photo because you cant depict COLD FOOD in a photo.
