Worst service !Since you asked i am adding more detailed story.I had to ask for my order four times back before I eventually got it, and certain meal items were missing. To start, the person at the front desk was incredibly unpleasant and did not understand the order properly.When I inquired, the waitress continued to ask me illogical questions, proving me wrong.The worst part was that, naturally, when I went to her to ask for the dessert (waffle), she said that I had never requested it because she never listened to me attentively.Very bad service.Highly disappointed.

Suggestion: when someone orders a bagel with cream cheese, you don't need to butter the bagel. The cream cheese replaces the butter.

Very rude owner! Told my friend and I to get out because we were taking up table space! We had bought four drinks and three plates of food. Food was the only good thing! Do not recommend this place to study in, the owner is very egotistical and rude! Don't go here!
The manager is extremely rude. I wasn't able to finish all my coffee at once, and was having a break, when this manager looking guy came over and knocked on my table telling me to hurry up as there were not many seats. I looked around and half of the store was empty! Would not recommend this
