Had a very bad experience visiting this place. Not at all impressed and the owner guy is pretty much rude and doesn’t have any customer service skills. The other staffs are better. But I experienced a very bad behaviour with the owner guy. Never recommend this place.

Walked in here to order breakfast a few days ago. There was only one other set of people in and full staff in the back. I stood at the counter and the guy working told me to wait just A minute and then went into the back. A girl was also out front and attended to drive thru even though I was there before and making me wait after cleaning something infront of me. Still nobody came to take my order while the staff was talking in there back kitchen area and the one girl upfront was serving drive thru. Continued to wait until I got frustrated that I was there for 6 or 7 minutes and it wasn’t busy. Staff were talking instead and nobody cared to serve me. The place is also very dirty not well maintained. I don’t know why I even tried this location as I always go to the university plaza one and have no issues. I walked out got in my car and went to university plaza Williams and had a great breakfast with fast clean service. Unbelievable that university plaza location is super busy and the other is dead and it still can’t provide service they can up the road. This location should be closed down and staff fired. Thanks will never return

Went here with my girlfriend for a cute date, she tried ordering over easy eggs and a double double coffee the employee said they didn’t have those and that all they had were scrambled eggs, her coffee also came out stale and bitter. When we got our food there were these rubber eggs that probably came out of a tube, they are very rubbery and pretty much inedible, definitely not as fresh as the sign says, so disappointed good thing Tim’s is next door ?.

As with apparently all Williams Cafes, service was terribly slow. We were the only three people in the restaurant and there was no one in the drive thru. Yet it took more than 20 minutes to get a latte, a tea and a smoothie. We could easily have walked to the Tim Hortons down the street and returned with the same number of items in that time!While the food and drinks are always good, the service at Williams cafe is always slow, and this one was no different.

The latte was great. The costumer service-not so much. The closer had abruptly kicked us out early and was shoving the broom stick in between our legs to get us to hurry out of the doorway. ?

I came in at 11:30 to this location it seemed like the manager bald dude he seemed pissed unhappy didn’t let me choose what I wanted without being impatient kept yelling at the other employee I ordered a classic breakfast never got asked what toast I wanted or how my eggs should be done I wouldn’t even consider these eggs they’re super weird (look at photo) waffles are so hard it’s literally like brick hard.Overall very disappointed

About a year ago there were 2-3 girl staff who were merely useless in their services and kept forgetting my orders and utensils. I was dining in and had to get up from my table and check on the POS line a couple of times to remind them about my purchases. Absolute irresponsible garbage experience.

Waitress was pissed that I asked to clean a recently used table and only ended up taking mugs and plates. No wiping or sanitizing was done. Had to do it myself. Ridiculous attitude.
