food is not the issue here. The owner seem to not care about the restaurant as much. Server held a pack of cigarette on display when I visited. The store, while nicely renovated, lacks cleaning and any type of maintenance. If visible area is dirty, then i cant imagine the kitchen where you cant see.

Twice now we’ve gone and it’s been closed. The first time there were people sitting down inside and orders being fulfilled but no one came to take our order and after 5mins of waiting a young guy from the lower part of the store yelled up “yo it’s closed”. It was 7pm and supposed to be open until 10:30pm- Maybe lock your doors and change the time online? This time we came at 9pm, online open until 10:30 everyday, but the store was closed and no lights on. Update your time open and get a consistent schedule.

I've had a variety of experiences at this location, but I end up leaving with a great drink every time. More often than not there is only 1 staff at a time, meaning it takes anywhere from 10-15mins per drink, but it is always worth the wait.Recently I ordered a drink and after paying the worker told me they did not have any strawberries for it. I said it was fine to make it without them, and 15 minutes later her co-worker comes in on his day off carrying a box of strawberries so I could still get the drink I ordered. As there is only 1 worker, store maintenance often seems to be an issue, but the store has a lot of potential to have a great atmosphere. :)

Oh no, what a disappointment :(We ordered two bubble teas. The place is not very well kept, a bit neglected. And one of the teas was good, the other not at all.The person who made the tea was kind and patient, but the store itself looks like it's falling apart and is not at all pleasant to be in. Too bad.

This boba shop is THE BEST in Waterloo. The drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was even better. The service was kind of mediocre but was professional and friendly just a little slow. The prices were pretty reasonable for University area of Waterloo. Overall I would give them a 9/10.

This business has the best bubble tea I have EVER had. I'm used to the artifical sweetened taste of many bubble tea shops but when I tell you this is the one and only place I have found that provides a creamy non-false sugary taste that doesn't leave me feeling sick, it's a 10/10. The drink is fully customizable, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere isn't cluttered or loud, it's cleanly, and there are a plentitude of selections to choose from. As well, the average drink is between 6-7 dollars.Be aware, the business is on an upper level and, as far as I'm aware, requires stairs to access it. So, that said, I can't vouche for it being wheelchair accessible.Overall, I would 1000% go again and reccomend for others to give this shop the attention it deserves!

Pretty good bubble tea…but does this look like TARO Bubble Tea to you? Where’s the purple powder? Your ads show purple taro milk tea. This is the third time I’ve ordered something that has no taro flavour, and isn’t purple in any way.Not even sure what I’m drinking right now.

I found Xing Fu Tang on the Fantuan delivery app. I have since had several different items from their menu. My hands down favourite is their Bunny Strawberry yogurt smoothie. It is soooo good. I don't typically order smoothies from bubble tea places, but this one is really good. I also really like their lime tea - it comes with plenty of lime slices! And the flavour of their peach oolong tea is perfectly delicate. The *only* reason that I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the actual store seems a bit disorganized and not a relaxing place to hang out, if you wanted to have your drinks there.
