Got yelled at by staff to not to lean on chairs while waiting for my order. I wasn't even leaning on the chair I just had my hand on it. No wonder why there is no one eating in this restaurant if the staff is rude and nit picking their customers for little insignificant things. They were also screaming and yelling about mobile and delivery orders all throughout my meal. I'll go to the gas station location on Salem from now on. That one is more like a restaurant. Would rate 0 stars if I could, the worst A&W ever.

Food is normally good. One of the servers, Toby, is quite rude and loves to make insults towards customers under their breathe thinking people cant hear them. Only A&W in the area, not like you have much choice on which one to go to.

Honestly, this is the worst location. I’m on my burger supposed to have lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. They took off the lettuce and tomato and decided to not tell their customers just to just do it. Also, last time that we ordered, the meat was not cooked and I’m pretty sure that’s not beef, so if they’re cutting corners like this, you can only imagine what other corners they’re cutting.

The employees here are awful. I saw one employee named Sadie using free food as an incentive to get to know kids 3-4 years younger than her and then gets into relationships with 13-14 year old boys. In my opinion that should not be tolerated at an establishment and I will for sure not be choosing a and w as my fast food of choice so long as she is working there and I hope others do the same.

A&W gives a consistently enjoyable meal experience with the frosty mugs of root beer teen burger and onion rings my favorite combo.

I am a big fan of A&W and carry a lot of nostalgia with it, which still holds now. I love the onion rings, and I always get their root beer with whatever burger I choose. I usually go with a Mozza burger but will change it up occasionally.Parking: It's part of big plaza, so parking has never been an issue.

Good and fast service. But food handling hygiene is very bad.Associate was not wearing gloves and keep touching other stuff and food. It's better if they can practice proper food handling.

Ordered through doordash @ 6am for breakfast, worst experience.Somehow was given 1 egg, 1 bacon, 1 sausage on both meals i ordered.. i'm not sure if they are trying to cut costs, or just lazy..maybe both but could just be bad workers. Food just thrown on the plate, egg yolk all over the plate. Instructions for no sausage, and extras not listened too. Just brutal.. ?
