My first time here. Outside the entrance blowing with garbage. First walk in space floor edges all black. Sat down at one table, curtain full of spills. Window ledge covered with dry spills. Looked terrible and gross. Garbage area way overloaded. A mess!! Staff sat behind me having lunch no idea the place is filthy. A mess!!

I would recommend this place if you want good service .I interacted with a guy who wears turban(don’t know his name). He was brilliant and very friendly on drive through.They provided my food in few minutes even though it was busy.I would say this is the only A&W restaurant in town which focuses on customers.Highly recommended!

The food is great and everything, but I call them to see if there’s mobile ordering and they say yes. And then on the app it says mobile ordering not available. From my experience, working at a fast food place, there’s a possibility they turned it off due to laziness or whatever. The closest place to me when it comes to availability of mobile ordering is in Ajax and I’m not driving that far. Someone needs to fix their issue. Do not use the app and do not come to this location.

These are some of the most disrespectful employees I have ever met. I attend the high school near by and I am constantly treated rudely with no respect. they stereotype the high school students to all be badly behaviours and not listen. When we are not apart of that group and try to explain to them, we are spoken to with disrespect and talked to like we’re stupid. We go here for lunch nearly everyday and they refuse service to us someday with 0 explanation and even tell each other on the headsets not to serve us when more than 2 people come into the store. We understand that some high school students who come in do not make good decisions when in the store but that doesn’t mean we are all the same. Would love to speak to someone high up about this.

Stopped in for a late night mama burger w/cheese and fries with hubby after the Chris Tucker show and the burger and fries were made fresh to order, everything was fresh and delicious. We came back again the next day - showed them some love and wanted to share the Google review !
