The food was fantastic! HUGE portions. Made fresh to order. They bring the food to you at the table. The only downfall was that it was a little smokey up by the counter when ordering, but that's just because the grill is right behind the cash.

An excellent Lil gem of a franchise... I think it's a franchise, or does Honda Whitby own it? I ask cuz there are no others around...They should think about franchising it....business wise....it's the best place to eat beef on a dime ! The quality is there without being taken for granted on the pocketbook! These guys burgers taste like steak ! So yummy ... however...more sides salads should be offered for the price
It is one of those local restaurants where you feel fortunate to notice and try. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and genuinely want to enjoy your experience. The burger was very good, fries are fresh cut, and the portion size was more than you would expect for the price in today's age of shrinkflation. I highly recommend this restaurant, and will return in the future.

It was wife and my first time at Big Boy's Burgers. Excellent service, great burgers great fries.Would definitely go back. Remember they have a 1/4 pound and 1/2 pound burger so decide if you can handle them. Combo is alot of food!

Called to place an order on the phone and a male on the phone didn’t know how much the burgers cost or what toppings come on it and told me to come inside to the store and order. Went into the store and explained to him that I was trying to avoid waiting but he didn’t seem to care and was shockingly rude because I called him lazy because he didn’t want to take my order over the phone when the prices were written in big font. After wasting all this time he gave me cash for the burger I paid for with my debit card and told me he does not want to serve me. He was not considerate about other peoples time and didn’t care about the service he was providing. Obviously was just a worker there and would not act like this if the owner was around. This places is horrible and not to mention very over priced for what you actually get. I get take out everyday and the is the worst place I ever been too.

This place feels like a slice out of a time before.Classic, delicious burger at considerably an amazing price. I'm surprised if I finish one order! And the staff are AMAZINGLY friendly, not to mention how IMMACULATELY CLEAN the entire restaurant is!The ketchup packets are individually stacked! That's the level of detail orientation you deal with when you eat here.Highly recommend, a must try at least once

And I tried the chicken fingers, would recommend. If you’re an onion ring fan, ask for the mustard sauce. Not great for burgers, but fantastic non-spicy zing for the onion rings.You will not leave here hungry!Thanks to the cast and crew of Big Boy’s Burgers on Thickson road!

Immediately greeted with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, shown around the menu by the cashier, and given a truly incredible burger with some of the best fries I've ever had. A must visit for the Consumers, Whitby DC area (and always quiet enough to be a great study area too!)

I really enjoyed my experience at Big Boy's. I got the Big Boy Burger, and it was cooked very well. The thing that stands out about this place is the service and the atmosphere. My servers were very friendly with helping me order, especially because I had never been here before. They really make you feel at home here, and it's clear that they care about your experience. If you want a retro atmosphere, this place is for you. It really felt like an escape from the current expectations of high tips, as the machine didn't even ask for a tip. I also liked the music they played (70s and 80s classic rock), which made my experience even better. It really felt like a place where you could avoid the pronoun madness and climate craziness that you get from many service venues today. For those reasons, this was a great experience for me, and I will definitely return.

Went today with my husband who long hauls daily to Toronto from Montreal, on the recommendation of a colleague. Was NOT disappointed at all…portions are huge, big boy burger was excellent and so were the fries. Service was impeccable, owner and employees are very friendly and outgoing. Will definitely come back when we are in the area next.
