I don't know why but the service is slow at both locations I've been to. Even when they are not busy. Other than that, the food is consistent and portions on the large side.. so I guess everything is consistent!!

Heather was an absolute joy. Best server I have had in probably over a decade. heather was energetic, kind, polite and checking in just the perfect amount. Heather actually surprised my wife and I with a brownie and ice cream to celebrate our anniversary.Employees like this are hard to find. BP do whatever it takes to keep to make sure she is happy. We look forward to our next meal.

i eat at this restaurant often and am never disappointed! my family ordered a large order tonight which was delivered impressively fast. the delivery guy was very sweet, and the food was great. definitely recommend for both eating in and delivery!

DO NOT recommend this location. Horrible customer service and very rude server, TYLER D. Included a gratuity for a party of 6 and did not let us know before payment. Was extremely rude and told us to “Get out” before we were finished our food.

I only eat at boston pizza when Heather is working?. She accommodated to my need of having bugs and cheese and made it an adult meal for my birthday dinner. It was incredible, I definitely will be back soon, but only if she is my server. Just kidding, but I definitely hope she is next the time i come.

We had appetizers and drinks, and then pizzas. Heather was our server and she was very attentive and she knew the menu completely. She refilled our drinks without being prompted. She has a beautiful smile and was so friendly. We had a wonderful meal there.
