We tried it for the first time few days back and absolutely loved the grilled chicken burger which was so tender n melting! Tried the jalapeño bites as well which were amazing filled with cream! French fries were good too n staff was very welcoming! Highly recommend

Very disappointed in the service here. Came in to get a funnel cake as the picture reminded me of wonderlands funnel cake. After I paid and was waiting I noticed she started putting something else in the bag and when I asked her why she wasn’t getting the soft serve ice cream she said their machine wasn’t working. Is that not something to mention when someone is ordering something that has soft serve in it? When I told her I wouldn’t have ordered it if she had mentioned there was no soft serve , she said that I’d like this more. Didn’t realize she was paying for my food.Never going back. Be honest and don’t make decisions for your customers.

Came in. No one greeted me. The cook seemed overwhelmed even though there was only one other couple in. Asked what we wanted and then started to make them (2 cheeseburger combos). I told him twice that I wanted Fried Onions (extra $1) and got no response. Then a woman appeared so we asked her if she wanted us to pay. She said yes and asked what we wanted on the burgers. I repeated what I wanted. Order came to $28 for 2 cheeseburger combos and it was their special day for cheeseburgers for $7. Burgers were average. Pretty bland. Fries were average as were the onion rings. I was surprised given all the stellar reviews on here. I gave it 7/10 and my buddy gave it 6/10. Nothing special and not friendly. Plus it was super hot inside so we didn't stay. Final beef (pun intended) I hate when you pay for takeout and they prompt you for a tip....

After paying 55 dollars for two combos, we proceeded to wait around for 35 minutes meanwhile the only dude working was taking his sweet time cleaning the burners and talking to a random guy that entered. Honestly hate places like this.. purely just a money grab with mediocre food... stay away

Love Burger Factory chain!We took 2 meals including a combo. The food itself was delicious but it was insane we had to wait nearly 30 min to get our food to go! (27 min). There were people coming in and out but not crowded. I didn’t appreciate much that the whole family (5 people) after us got served before us or a few other clients that came and paid after us got their food before us! It was frustrating. I saw a few burgers standing on the grill area and was so afraid of knowing if it was mine or not standing there in the air for so long. They should have done a gesture for us that we waited so long for two sandwiches! Or communicated with us to share of what’s going on (as it wasn’t that busy - the place was quite empty but still orders going on in/out)Also, they messed my order as I asked for a side jalapeños poppers but I haven’t checked the receipt so I won’t penalize them for it in my review. I noticed it because I checked inside the to go bag and that a box for these jalapeños were missing. Anyway, I’m actually glad they did the mistake to only add the two jalapeños as a topping in one of the sandwich because they were not good.Lucy burger was delicious! Their burger factory sauce was delicious too! And we took the utility chicken. Surprisingly it was very good too.Other than that the employees were nice. The bathroom and restaurant looks clean.I found interesting that they have a prayer room. Never seen it before on any places. So, I guess it is good for employee and customers.
