Frankie's does not really exist anymore. It's just the take out menu of the primary Resturant. I'm not sure why the distinction anymore...? I'm not sure what to rate or who to rate.... The Texas Resturant or the menu that says Frankie's on it..? The wait was a little for the to go order, but I'm not gonna knock them in that.. buuuutttt the food, while prepared fresh.. is really not tasty.. if U want fried Chicken go to Church's next door, less expensive, but more importantly a better tasting product.. These fries, fresh yes, tasty no.. dill sauce, ok, but it can't save that chicken..Frankie's sauce.. mehhh, Cole slaw, not good, but when U had the rest of the food the Cole slaw was outstanding.. Great Atmosphere in the Texas Resturant.. I don't think that is gonna make your business.. People have to be torn up drunk to like this food.

We ordered the chicken strips and chicken sandwich combo with naked Nashville sauce.The chicken was so dry and the fries were already soggy despite picking up at the time we were supposed to.They put a minuscule amount of sauce on the burger, so I ended up taking the bun off cause the whole thing was just so dry.It was also very difficult to place the order over the phone. The desk staff on the receiving end seemed to not listen attentively as we had to repeat our simple order 3 or 4 times.I think I’ve given Frankie’s it’s last shot as that was very disappointing

Very very cheap manager and rude staff as well. Manager’s name is Sunshine. I was picking up an order and I reached little early and she argued with me for no reason and at the end she gave me food for like 15 minutes late While it’s noon 12:30 and whole restaurant is empty. So definitely won’t recommend to choose as your fun place.

The first two times I had Frankie's Hot Chicken I enjoyed it and highly recommended it however may last two orders have shown that things are going downhill. One of the biggest issues is the lack of Nashville style sauce on the chicken. The first couple times the chicken was completely covered in sauce but the last order there was just a bit of sauce applied to the chicken before the bun was put on leaving 80% of the chicken without sauce and nothing more than a chicken tender sandwich. When the manger at Lone Star responded to my critique she said the sauce was applied per specifications and tried to blame lack of quality on 3rd party delivery services. The chicken that arrives in your order will definitely not match the pictures from Frankie's social media pages or website. Come on Lone Star you can do better!

We have ordered here around 8 times in total. The first few times were excellent but the last 4 times or so were absolutely terrible.Very disappointed as we always loved ordering from here. The chicken has been inconsistent, being overcooked and/or cold but other times has been good.The fries taste like they have been sitting out all day. Our order has also been incorrect the last few orders. We ordered again tonight to give another try as we previously enjoyed but we’re very disappointed with the food quality as well as the front pick up staff as I felt they were more interested in socializing with eachother rather than getting my order ready.

Absolutley disgusting. Ordered via uber eats, fries were so stale as if they'd been out all day. The chicken was like trying to eat an eraser, totally gone down hill. Lost our business 100% don't waste your money.
The sandwiches were extremely dry and there was only 3 strips on it. why not use a breast? lastly $4.99 for 6 onion rings. is that a joke

Rated each items accordingly1. Onions Ring: 9/10 Loved it, no complains2. Mini-donuts:8/10: Tasted great but the powdered sugar was little bit too much and caramel sauce was blah:4/103. Mac and cheese balls:8.5/10: Nice spice combination4. Nashville mild Bacon Cheese Sandwich: 2/10. Horrible taste, and no sauce just felt like eating chicken sandwich that was dry with spices. Tried eating the chicken strips on its own and wasn,t great either.5. Packaging concerns: Food arrived not packaged. This is unacceptable especially in this covid period.Over all rating:3/5. The taste is there but try to incorporate smoothie/milk shake in your menu instead of alcohols only.

It was my first time trying Nashville hot chicken. I selected the 'Nashville Hot' spice level and it was great. I did feel that it could of maybe been a little hotter, but I was not disappointed. The curly fries are delicious. The only issue was the coleslaw. It was an extremely small portion, almost flavorless and pretty dry. However, coleslaw aside, I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Waited 25+ minutes for food. When we asked about the status, the hostess told us they were just waiting on fries, a solid 6+ minutes later, we got the food and fries were cold. The chicken tenders are actually breast, so it is more tough, and also vary largely in size. Had a piece the size of my finger, and another piece almost the size of my palm. Also didn’t get my coleslaw
