It's a solid Freshii location but not a great one. The protein quality is questionable. It all feels a little dry and looks a little old looking, and they aren't cheap to add to salads and you don't get a lot. Especially the steak and chicken....these can't be fresh. Seems like they've been sitting somewhere or in a fridge for a while. Otherwise solid place. No better option in the area for this type of food.

The portions are generous, and the food is always fresh and delicious. It's a go-to for healthy options, perfect for athletes needing protein and carbs. I have been to these location three times, I usually go to the one in Ajax. Today I order the Oaxaca bowl with chicken and I felt disappointed when I tasted the chicken it was very hard almost looked like it was days old, very dry and the taste was not good at all. I had salads in this location in the past and the chicken is moist and they serve chunks of it but not this time. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere very welcoming but I might make the trip to Ajax next time.

I've ordered almost every bowl off their menu in the past few weeks. All have been delicious, fresh, and filling! My favourite is the Buddha bowl, but all are great. Today I tried the chipotle cheddar bowl but swapped the brown rice for 1/2 mixed greens. Loved it! This location makes things much fresher than some of the locations I used to go to downtown Toronto. I'll be back weekly :)

Ordered a Buddha Bowl, and the noodles were complete mush. It took forever even though there was only one person ahead of us (who had clearly ordered a while ago) and we were ignored by the employee until we asked to order, at which point she said, “I’ll be a couple minutes”. I’m disappointed because I’ve really enjoyed Freshii at other locations.
