Asked for fresh Patty's on my double bacon cheeseburger. My order was ready no more than three minutes later, with the two dry charcoal Patty's. Also they put all the sauce in-between the lettuce and tomato, so both buns were entirely plain. Most dry sandwich I ever ate. When I saw it was rated under four stars I thought, it can't be that bad. Also no recite in the bag.

My order was terrible. Ten to fifteen minutes AFTER my pickup time, my food was cold when they gave it to me. Staff was basically ignoring me most of the time.

Hit the spot. Great location right off the highway. Friendly staff.
Not the Harvey's of the past. The burgers patties are some thin now, I ordered an onion rings with my burger and only got 5 rings. Paid just under $16 and hate being robbed of my hard earned money. Goodbye, Harvey's. It takes years to make customers, yet it only takes 1 bad order to lose them. Once again, bye.

Friendly, polite, prompt service, quality is excellent and I appreciated the general manager talking with patrons. This is my favorite Harvey's location.Parking: Plenty of parking, Swiss Chalet is right next door. Easy access from the highway

I placed an order for drive-thru at 6:40pm (pick up at 6:53). Upon getting to the window, I waited roughly 10 minutes and the girl told me that the printers stopped working and that they didn't know what my order was - I offered to come in to make it easier to fix. I walked in the door at 7 and waited in line for another 10 minutes. The girl checked my order from my phone and confirmed the food and said they were making it. So I waited and waited and waited. Around 7:25-7:30 I asked what was going on as multiple people had been served before me and I was STILL waiting. They finally got my order ready and I left the store at 7:36. When I got home, both my kids burger bun tops were rock hard and were inedible. It was an extremely poor experience from me.
