“I love getting my Kawartha cone from this little shop. The servers are always quick and friendly. And of course you can't beat Kawartha ice cream for number of flavour options to please everyone. The pink colour creates a nice vibe and the little green grassy area out front is perfect to let the kids play while they eat their cone.“
“I’ve lived around the neighbourhood for 50 years and this is one of my favourites. The food is on spot, made to order and satisfying every time! I favour the sandwiches and pasta with best meatballs I’ve had outside of NYC. Love that the food is authentic, but I wish there was more yelling and verbal jousting by paisano (apparently the more gentille patrons don’t like the noice ?). I highly recommend this “joint”. Tiramisu was good too. Wish gelato would come back for summer.“
“My son and I visited yesterday for the first time and we will definitely be back. We both managed to have dessert for just over $10 and they were absolutely delicious. Son absolutely loved his butterscotch milkshake and is already talking about wanting to go back. The lady serving us was absolutely wonderful. The place was slammed with mobile orders coming in constantly and she was working alone. Still, she was warm and friendly and went out of her way to speak kindly to any child who approached the counter. If you're considering visiting, do not hesitate.“
