Ordered online and paid online never got a confirmation email but still had the confirmation on the website, manager wouldn't give me my purhased food because I didn't have a code? When I had a confirmation infront of her showing it was paid and what it was. Such a joke.

Do not order from here unless you want soggy greasy pizza. Basically un edible because it’s completely soaked in grease. Spoke to the store and they’re claiming this is “normal” and it’s “garlic butter” even if it was this amount is disgusting. Never again. I’ve ordered from other stores in the past (same item) and never had this problem.

Pizza is quick and ready but it’s usually dry, and overcooked. The crazy bread is terrible. If you call & order ahead and have a pizza made from scratch, it’s still mediocre at best. It’s an, “I’m starving and I’ll eat anything” kinda place.

A lot of customers standing around. No one acknowledged my presence. Stood there for 10 minutes and then decided to go to another pizza place. Last time was not as busy and ordered the bacon box set which was amazing. Same thing, standing there staring and waiting to place the order. I would have ordered online but couldnt customize it online. I guess lack of workers is the new normal.
