Very chill place! Customer service was pleasant so that makes me want to come back again! Prices are fair for the quality of food and drinks. I heard Blueberry Scone (Homemade now!) is popular so I was a bit sad that it was sold out! I shall try it one if these days.

We came to Marito's for their High Tea, and it was a wonderful experience! They have a wide variety of food, and are able to cater to everyone. We were able to get halal sandwiches as well.Absolutely worth the price! Can't recommend enough :)Dietary restrictions: Had halal options!

This place is such a sweet gem in Whitby. My mom and I went for High Tea today and were delighted by the employees, tea, food, tea cups and the environment. Lily and her tea were warm, attentive, kind and helpful. The scones with cream and jam were to die for - so delicious!!!! Yummy sandwiches, a fudge brownie and other yumminess to enjoy. The price was absolutely fair. They even called me afterwards to let me know my mom had left her gloves there. So sweet. Parking was easy and free on Saturdays. We will definitely be back again.

I stumbled on this little cafe and so glad I did! Great fancy coffee and had a raspberry orange scone. Delightful! Heated up and brought right to my table. Easy jazz playing in the background. Wonderful experience! Will definitely visit

After reading the reviews I was expecting more from this shop. Cute little place, nice and friendly staff, but that certainly didn't make up for the sub par quality of the products. We got 2 medium coffees and 2 squares and honestly I didn't get the value that I paid @$16.00. The coffee is extremely weak and tasted stale and the squares did not taste like they were home made, more like something that was mass produced and previously frozen. I think you need to up your game in order to stay competitive with the other local coffee shops in Whitby. I won't be back.

I've visited this café several times now and it's lovely! It's family owned and there's always a warm greeting when you arrive. There's great coffee and treats and comfy and inviting spots to sit and enjoy, both inside and out.Update Jan 2024: Took my mother for high tea for her birthday and it was absolutely lovely! The sandwiches and scones, etc were so tasty and the owners were so lovely to us. They even came over to sing happy birthday with a square of cake.Would totally recommend a visit here!
