They penny pinch everything whether it is asking for a cup of water or extra lettuce. On two occasions, I asked for water with no ice. They gave me water with ice. I asked for them to take it back and to give me water with no ice. They gave me water with ice again. They don’t listen, and they penny pinch. They were not willing to give me a large water without charging the extra so they gave me a small. They didn’t tell me this until I got to the second window and actually was handed the water. Not every McDonald’s like this one though.

Went here with my husband and got some food. Asked for a lot of ketchup and mayo as we had a large fry. She gave us 2 ketchup and 2 mayo. My husband then went on to say, "Can we have a handful of each we like a lot." And then she proceeded to hand us 1 more of each. The person at the front window clearly didn't know what she was doing and also extremely disappointed at the manager as she just stood there while this girl was being clueless. Disappointed overall.

Yesterday i went to drive thru and i placed a order for 10$ and gave them a 50$ note and they gave me back 40$ back which includes 2 $10 note in which one was a counterfeiting note , i went to a tim Horton in the morning today and gave them the note thats when i came to know it was a fake note , they took my 10$ and refuse to give it back, which is the legal way , i talked with the manager of the tim Horton and told them the whole story how i got the note and when i got it , i even went to a drive thru so there will be recordings of the whole incident, they then tried to talk to the McDonald's themselves but they responded there is nothing that they can do, in which i am the one suffering the loss for $10 and felt the embarrassment in the store . Where is the justice here.? I need a response .
