Absolutely amazing customer service from Elamaaran, without him my review would've been significantly worse. I will definitely be coming back to this establishment in the future because of my exceptional experience with this employee.
Some of the staff had friends there and they were meant to be cleaning but he was just talking with his friends so everything was kinda dirty and it took a while to get our food it wasn't the best overall

It's infuriating going to a McDs that games their metrics by marking orders complete before they're ready.The order status screens exist for the customers to know when their order is ready! But your order will never appear on the 'ready' screen because they lie about it being ready 3+ minutes ahead of time and clear it away.It's not a 'one time thing', this is a pattern of behaviour that comes from bad management.
