I came in here tonight for take out and was literally shocked that the young lady behind the counter was all alone ....there should always be at the very least 2 people working together at all times...the owner is saving money with 1 hire but putting the employee at risk of her life...if she had a medical episode or some person to come in and threaten or harm her in any way the owner would be accountable...shame on you for putting profit above a human life....safety of your employees should be your 1st concern.

It is unfortunate that this is one closest to me. I now have to drive out of my way to go to a different location.I love Mr. Sub and have since I was a kid.This location is stingy on toppings. I cannot taste any because there are barely any.The staff do not listen and charge ahead with what they think I want on my sub.The bread has been stale. Nothing worse than going home to eat your favourite meal, and the bread is stale, crumbly, and hard.Please fix this and give my favourite restaurant a good name!

Worst customer service out of any Mr. Sub I've ever been to. The lady working tonight was miserable and rude. Asked if I wanted my sub warmed up and I assumed she meant grilled. She instead just tossed it ( literally) in the microwave. Not a pleasant experience, won't be returning to this location.

The Fulltime girl who works here is Amazing. She is always friendly,makes a great sub probably one of the best I have had. Not messy to eat at all. The store is very clean lots of parking. Located at a busy intersection. But lots of access. Great job....
