I called her from Australia to ask that if they can deliver surprise cake. Even they are not doing delivery but still Neelam said she will manage to deliver for me. Most importantly, she brought bouquet from another store. She even helped to captured my sister in law’s reaction as well. She delivered on time. Cake was really tasty, everyone liked that unique taste. Neelam is really amazing person, so polite and responsible. She was available all the time whenever i text her. Ordered eggless gulab jamun cake for a friend’s birthday. Neelam was very quick to respond, she took the order only two days in advance. And the cake she made was super delicious and fresh ? the birthday girl and everyone at the celebration loved it. We took some back home and it tasted more delicious the next day ?. I specially loved that the cream was light and not overly sweet. Will definitely try more cakes from Neelam Bakery.
