Today we Wanted to find a cozy place with live music to celebrate a birthday and found the exact spot . The Baldwin Bistro was perfect in every way. Welcoming atmosphere and a lovely father and daughter band playing absolutely fantastic retro music . We had the best server Ms Hope who was patient and did a wonderful job with our orders . 10/10 to her for giving us the perfect dining experience. Everything we ordered was fresh and great quantity and they even had a little birthday pastry with a candle that enhanced our celebration as they sang the birthday song. Thank you all at Baldwin Bistro we will definitely be visiting again.Vegetarian options: They have great vegetarian options. The Bruschetta and vege quesadilla were out standing and the potato fries were the best i ever had

We tried our first visit on the recent family day on Monday. The food was amazing--very delicious and the host is a very friendly guy, plus the atmosphere is exactly what we needed on our family day! I can't wait to come again.

Came here for Valentines Day.Max (I believe is her name) was our server (I remember she told me it was her 3rd shift) but she's awesome and a great server. Good food and drinks. Nice cozy place. Will be back again.
After a 'not so pleasant' experience on the first day they set up their brunch option, we braved it and went back for dinner with friends. And we were not disappointed this time. the food was on time and was delicious. the service was good. the owner came over and we had a great chat. We will definitely be going back. And I hear they have sorted out their brunch supply chain issues as well. Definitely recommend this place
