Very disappointed. I ordered 5 pork chops, it was wrap in a foil. The chicken slices breast is the size of finger thinly slice and small they just put in a to go container . The presentation is so poor and tacky . Other Pho rest will put your order in a nice white container to go and add tomatoes and cucumber ? for nice presentation.

In my 18 years me and my family never had this bad of a oho experience anywhere in the GTA.I order medium and paid the same price as any where in the GTA for pickup. I've been to Pho Metro in Scarborough which is wonderful. I recently moved to Whitby and tried this place in Whitby thinking it's an extension of the Scarborough location. IT IS CLEARLY NOT. The house special had 1 beef ball split into two. 3 to tiny pieces of cooked beef and same with raw beef. The broth tasts horrible!!!. There's NO mint leaves, onions are like 5 very tiny pieces same with green onions. I felt SCAMMEDWhat a horrible feeling on a Friday night just to look at what we ordered as a family diner and paid same as anywhere else. So disappointed. This is robbery!!! Stay away!!! We threw it and ordered pizza.

So glad to have a Pho place close to home. They have been thorough with checking temperatures and vaccine records of customers eating in. Love the taste of their meats on the vermicelli dishes. My hubby ended up getting me a gift card for Christmas.

Go here on all the time. Love their chicken pad thai and pho.

Really disappointed in the quality of the Pho beef P14! The broth tasted like hot water, no flavour what so ever, the noodles were chewy and had a weird after taste to them, and the beef...lets not start on the beef. Not only was the grilled beef low quality, but for a large they only provided 5 pieces. For a LARGE! We wanted to find a Pho place closer to home instead of always going to Lawrence and Warden...but by the looks of it...we will not be ordering from here again. For the first time eating Pho I lost my appetite after a couple bites. Worst money spent and didn't even get to eat something I was craving. This is by far the worst meal I have ever ordered in my life!

First off, I would like to say I try not to leave poor reviews, but this one of the worst "viet" restaurants I've been to before. I had high hopes of it being great since the Pho Metro locations in Toronto and Vaughn are amazing. As soon as I entered into the restaurant, I saw that the owner(?) was storing their BMW X6 summer tires in the dining area. Wot??? Atleast cover them up or put them in a corner. Wtf... We ordered Shrimp fresh rolls, mango salad, pho, vermicelli, avocado shake and che ba mau. The shrimp fresh rolls were very girthy (that's what she said) and filled with ALOT of noodles. The ends were not closed up so it didn't look as traditional to me. The sauce wasn't the best, it tasted like diluted hoisin sauce. 6/10 The mango salad came and it had a weird stinky smell. It tasted alright and more sweeter than usual. 6/10 The Pho broth tasted very bland and the noodles were pretty thick. I'm more used to a bit thinner noodles. This wasn't my dish so I didn't try much of it. 4/10 Last but not least, my go to Vermicelli w/ fried spring roll, grilled pork and shrimp. The fried spring roll and the meat were soggy and not crispy at all. I'm 99% sure they reheated everything in the microwave since I heard beeping noises beforehand. The vermicelli noodles had a weird taste to them, almost as if it was made before and just reheated up. The nuoc mam wasn't sweet enough for me and more on the salty side. One of the worst dishes I've had. I had high hopes since the other locations made this dish sooo well. 3/10 The avocado shake was decent. Less avocado tasting than usual but acceptable. 7/10 Che ba mau? More like Che hai mau. They put literally a teaspoon of congealed coconut cream in it. The worst Che I have ever had. 1/10 I hope this place improves and prioritizes making their food fresh

Sub-par at best! Large order looks like a small, very little substance, and less noodles than in a pack of dry ramen from Walmart. To sum up in a word: Bland and unappealing. Will not be going back.

Very disappointing experience. We ordered a large house special pho to go, and it barely had any meat in it and the noodles were all broken and very squishy. Not worth the $ at all. We will not go back.

This is how much meat you get for a P1 size Medium for 10$. Ive eaten at plenty of real pho places and only came here cus I was stuck in the area. Not enough meat , onions or fresh anything really. The beef slices are almost white which doesn't really make it beef. These mandarin ppl should not be running a viet restaurant.

People are hating on the pho here, but this place definitely shines in their grilled meat dishes. I dont know what sauce they gave with the house vermicelli meal but I ended up drinking that stuff with the bean sprouts at the end. Giving it 5 because I wish I could have ordered more. We were able to share the meal between my partner and I so the portions are pretty good, too.

Slept on spot in Whitby. I am one who really just goes for the rice and vermicelli dishes. Has improved since they opened. If you've been before and it wasn't your thing, I'd give it another shot.

Really disappointed with the quality of Pho P1, the broth was plain, no flavor and the rare beef was literally white (tasted like pork instead of beef). The food quality was much better than this few months ago.Hope you guys could improve more.

Been to many nicer Pho places. Not many veggies in the veggie soup.

Good quality food at reasonable prices. Eat here often when in the area and always delicious.

Was surprised to find authentic Vietnamese food in Whitby and was satisfied with the great prices, large portions and really fast service. I will be returning to try their pho since that’s what most people seemed to be ordering.
