Ordered wings and was told 8 minutes.. I go to the front 10 minutes in and looks like they forgot to do it. Had me wait over 20 minutes for 6 wings and the lady at the front says to wait 7 more minutes after all this. Ridiculous. The location closer to Thickson is much better with service and time.

my fries were cold. i ordered regular fries they gave me fries in a chicken nugget box. i didn’t get my food until 15 minutes later.

Unfortunately missed the mark repeatedly. Been here a few times and there always seems to be an issue. Today, we ordered two platters, one being a deluxe sandwich and one being 6 piece ghost pepper wings. Got two sandwiches with the sides and no biscuits. When we let the clerk know, she corrected the mix up of sandwich and remade wings for us, however was insistent that platters do not come with biscuits. When we showed her on the menu board, her response was that her system says otherwise. I've never been to a Popeyes that refuses to give biscuits with their meals as advertised. There has been a prior incident where they realized they were out of biscuits and offered to make some for a family meal I ordered, and I accepted as I had to wait anyways for the food, however proceeded to give me fries instead of the six biscuits after having me wait. Today however, even the mac n cheese was pretty much soup, more liquid than pasta and tasted very weak. Disappointed and will not return to this location, much better locations not far from here.

The best Popeyes restaurant I ever visited , service was very good. The staff were all wearing clean clotes and food uniforms, they were very kind and willing to help. 100% recommend I will come back anytime I will be around this area.

Worst Popeyes in Ontario. I have been to many Popeyes around the GTA but this specific one has been the worst out of all of them. Multiple times I have bought a 3 piece chicken combo and each time they were burnt and small and dry. The tenders were raw on multiple occasions but their sandwich is decent I’ll give them that. Just right now Sunday February 18 around 9:25 pm a customer and I saw the gentleman in the back who’s the cook at the back who had his airpod in one ear which we didn’t care about but we saw him dig in his other ear and scratch and rub it and then continue to touch the food without washing his hands until we called him out I asked for a refund on my $34 order but the girl sumaiya denied that he did anything laughed at us and said we have cameras in the back but didn’t call the owner or show us footage and didn’t even give me my refund so I’m not down $34 and have contaminated food which can possibly make me sick but I will not be eating it and they did not make me fresh food and just told me to leave the store.

Customer service was good, which made me hopeful. But chicken was pink inside, I checked the temperature and it was 140 degree Fahrenheit (cooked chicken should be 165). The meat was also very stringy. The mash potatoes had powder chunks inside. Not properly cooked. Overall, very disappointing.

Today I visited this restaurant and the customer service was very good and nice staff
Best fast food place. Today I went there nad ordered family meal and waited 12 minutes but everything was soo good amd fresh. i thibk for orders if you get everything fresh nothing is better than that.Staff was very polite and friendly and they were treating other customers politely as well.I’ll recommend if you want fresh and good food. everything was so delicious.

My first ever Popeye's experience here was quite good. The food was served fresh and hot. Ordered Delta Mini sandwich and Chicken Wrap. Nothing too exciting, but fresh and hot, unlike the lukewarm burgers many other 'fast' food restaurants serve. Order taker kept on asking us to buy the combo, but we didn't want that. Chicken coating not quite as crunchy as I was expecting, but that's okay. Restaurant was clean, but cold. Went on Sunday, Nov. 26 for lunch. Would definitely go back.
