Burrito bowl had no flavour except for the guacamole which I paid an additional $3.50 for it. Chicken looked boiled. No taste to the chicken. I guess I was expecting the meat to be grilled and have some flavour.

Exceptional and delicious food, I love the mood the place has, and the staff members were nice. Will surely come back in the future.

I arrived at 3 and ordered a burrito. When it came time to customize I was told there were almost no fillings available. Just a small amount of onion and some corn. No tomato or salsa or anything else! When I asked why I was told because the location closes at 4 (in an hour). Without half the items available, it was essentially closed at 3 and certainly not value for money. I felt bad wasting food but I left the half made burrito and went elsewhere.

We wanted to try this "national treasure" since I have only had a one-off version here in the USA. Stopped in on the way to th he bus station and ordered a regular Hogstown and Cheese Steak. The sole person running the store that early on a snowy day engaged his in conversation while cooking our to go order and he fixed it fairly quickly. The food was still piping hot after a walk down the street. The regular was almost too much food. Plenty of toppings on both styles, i only regretted not getting double curds to keep that gooey cheese going. I would guess the container was maybe half fries half topping. I thought i would be put off by soggy fries, but they held up well to the gravy.

I tried the one's at the airport in Toronto, overpriced but not so bad

This Whitby location is the Head Office, not a restaurant at all!

When ordering through Uber Eats at this location there was no section to request extra gravy and cheese curds. Knowing that curds and gravy cost extra I ordered an extra bottle of water for $2.99 and put in the comments to please replace the water with the above. When I received my order I found attached a condescending note from one of your employees saying “Extra curds cost $2.30 and extra gravy costs $1.30. There IS definitely an add-on section. Poutine (put in) the effort.” To make up for the extra 60 cents they also didn’t add to the delivery my Diet Coke which cost $2.99, therefore ripping me off. Next time prior to writing a rude note to a customer, I suggest you too “poutine the effort” and check the so called “add-on section” because it’s definitely NOT there. :)

They used to be fine, but now they give you way too little for the price you pay.

Ate here because a Canadian co-worker said this was the best poutine - can’t compare to others, since this was my first time having a poutine, but if they get better than what I had, you won’t be disappointed. Don’t tell your doctor you are having this concoction of fries, gravy, cheese curds, and in my case, added steak (like you would find on a cheesesteak). Savory and delicious, you’ll likely be adding this to your list of guilty pleasures.

I knew this place was near the hotel(the grand) and we decided to try it for a snack at lunch. The menu was extensive and made it difficult for people to choose. I went for the bacon and it was excellent. my wife went for original poutine and was happy with that. Our friends went for chicken ranch and Philly steak, i wish i was hungrier as i struggled to finish mine. This was the best poutine i had in Canada, i would definitely return. i would even make a b line to a smokes if i get chance. Please start opening shops in the UK

This location doesn't have the specialty burritos listed on the website and is also more expensive.
The food here was great. If only they gave out more free stuff and made it a little cheaper for the students
They removed a Quiznos to put this in. I'm not sure why they decided to do that, Bang Bang Burrito is not a far walk for a much better burrito.
Food is always good and the staff is very nice
Expensive food
