May 6th at 3pm I placed a mobile order at this location and the lady in the drive thru proceeds to get angry that I placed it online. She then gets my order wrong 3 times and serves me the wrong drink. Horrible customer service, don’t go here they obviously hate their job!

Forgot to leave a review at the time but was reminded today*Back in November 2023, I came in for my birthday drink and was undecided between two holidays drinks - the sugar cookie oat latte and the new gingerbread oat latte. Decided on the sugar cookie one with the barista's recommendation. Then the barista was so sweet to surprise me and my boyfriend with two sample sizes of the new gingerbread latte. Excellent service!! I was so impressed to have that at a franchised coffee shop! ?

I had placed a mobile order online a head of time expecting it to be made when I get there, as each location I’ve gone to, the service is relatively fast. I had to wait 20 minutes past my estimated pick up time which is the longest I’ve ever had to wait for a mobile order. I understand that there may be a lot of customers but I also saw 4 employees just go into the back and never came back out. Anyways I would not come back especially for a quick stop because guaranteed it will not be quick

Got to tell you about the staff at this location! I went on two different days (drive-through) and interacted with two different staff members.On both visits, the service was fantastic. They were friendly and helpful—beyond what’s “required” for a drive-through window. They had smiles and great energy. If I was in a bad mood, they certainly would have forced a smile on my face.I don’t know what this managers‘s secret is to keeping happy staff, but they should share the secret!

Got an Iced Peach Green Tea today and 3/4 of the cup was ice. The barista had leftover tea in the shaker and instead of pouring it into a cup then adding ice and tea from the first cup..he wasted it. And I ended up with so much worthless ice and so little ice tea.Not impressed.

I recently visited this Starbuck's location and had a positive experience with their friendly staff. The employees were welcoming and helpful, making my ordering process smooth and efficient. They were attentive and providing recommendations when asked. The customer service aspect of my visit was definitely the highlight. However, I encountered an issue with my drink order. I had specifically requested light ice in my beverage, but unfortunately, the cup was entirely filled with ice. This isn't the first time either. While this may have been an oversight, it was disappointing, as it affected the overall drink experience. I would have preferred a better balance of liquid-to-ice ratio to better enjoy the flavors of my beverage. The friendly and accommodating staff at this Starbucks made for a pleasant visit, but closer attention to individual drink requests, such as light ice, would have enhanced the overall experience.
